Convenient and organized but took a little time and effort to figure out...I was wondering why my order was taking so long; somehow I expected to get a call when my package arrived on the island and informed of how much I needed to pay on pick up. No worries with paying before but now I know. Some stores also provide different forms of "order summaries" and it was challenging to save the "invoice" from one particular store in the way required. Overall I'm satisfied and I'm sure I will get through easier with my next order.

The overall experience was ok
The overall experience was ok. I would have liked to know before hand that you do not ship over the weekend as i was stressed and needed the item urgently. Normally if i pay a fee for express/expedited shipping I expect my item within 48 hours. My only qualm would be that i paid the cost of 24-48 hour shipping but ended up having to wait the entire weekend for my package.

Easy to Use and Friendly Customer Service
This service is very easy to use. Packages are shipped quickly and the user interface guides you every step of the way. The one downside is that the delivery service cannot use the google maps location pin to figure out where you are. You need to describe over the phone how to reach your residence. When I was living in a neighborhood I didn't know well, it was a struggle to help the delivery team find my house.

Convient for the Purpose
Mymalls did a great Job, shipping my items. I was a bit disappointed about a package that I thought was too expensive to ship. after speaking with an agent, she explained it was not the price of the item but the fees were charged against it, it was the size of the item.
on a scale of 1-10, I will say I will give an 8.5. meaning I will ship again
