My package from Shein US was delivered on July 11th to Suite 107 at MyMalls. Shein provided photograph proof of the package sitting outside of MyMalls. I reached out to MyMalls on July 16th to query my missing package on their website, NOONE responded to that message. I then carried my query over to Whatsapp as suggested by MyMalls on July 16th, I have had NO help in trying to figure out where my package is. I have provided MyMalls with the tracking no. and pdf invoice and have had no responses or updates concerning my missing package. They are reading my messages and not responding. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and disrespectful to a loyal customer. It is now July 29th and I still have no understanding or updates as to what happened to my missing package.

Simple features such as confirming the items with detailed information, quick email correspondences indicating the arrival and processing of your packages, photos of your package being uploaded and extremely quick processing and shipping overall eases your anxiety and makes it more comfortable to shop online and import your items.

My experience with MyMalls has been a pleasant and positive one. As a customer it is important to know that your merchandises are in reliable hands. Thank you MyMalls for providing your customers with fast, reliable and responsive service.

I've been ordering almost everything for my business online for about 6 years. I've tried different couriers that could comply with my wants and needs. Meaning great service, fast delivery and affordable prices.
Just when I thought I did find all of this in MyMalls, they surpassed my expectations with my last package in December 2024. In a matter of 3 days what seem impossible was made possible and right on time by MyMalls CEO and his employees. If there were more stars I would give this company 10!

The staff was very helpful. I encountered some invoice issues but the staff worked deligently with me and the matter was resolved.

I have been a customer since 2020 with relatively no issue until recently. Their service has gone completely downhill. A $500 package has gone missing and nobody is held accountable despite the package having a signed delivery. Customer service is NON existent.

I have noticed an improvement and used them several times since I vowed to stop, my main issue is the frequent staff shortages which delays shipping. Despite this thought the staff do try if you message and explain the urgency to have your package ready to ship on time.

Any doubts I had before have been squashed. The process is quick & easy and the customer service team is great as well.

I was contacted promptly when my packages were received and Iike that I can consolidate up to three (3) packages. The pricing is clear regarding shipping so there are no surprises. I had no issues thus far as this is my second time using the company and the staff are very helpful.

This is my second time using MyMalls! Customer support is excellent. They are very friendly and responded to my questions quickly. I love how they offer invoice pre-registeration to make the process more efficient and smooth. I would have loved it if door delivery was offered in my country - although it's not a deal breaker for me. Hopefully this will change later in the future. But now all i'm happy with the experience. I highly recommend them!
