Shipcamps is easy and did everything to rectify damages caused by the carrier
Shipcamps made the process incredibly easy. Unfortunately FedEx scratched my front porch by dragging the trunks across it rather than lifting them and upon arrival at camp I was notified that my son’s trunk was damaged and would not be able to be shipped home without a box. Since we opted not to replace the trunk for my son (it will be his last year at camp) Shipcamps refunded me the shipping amount. I appreciate that they make shipping these large items super easy and would not hesitate to use them again. I would definitely leave the trunks on our driveway rather than the porch in the future.

We're sorry to hear there was some confusion about your delivery. Our delivery dates are "delivery-by", meaning there is a potential for shipments to arrive ahead of the final commit date. Camp bags tend to be on the larger side and may be separated in transit due to space availability on vehicle while still all arriving by the commit date.

This is our second year using Ship…
This is our second year using Ship Camps- what an awesome service! Our kid takes a giant hard trunk/foot locker and an equally giant soft duffle/trunk for 7 week camp / needless to say, it’s a LOT of stuff-it is so nice to have the gear picked up from our porch (instead of lugging them to a fed-ex or ups). AND the cost is less! What a value! We will continue to use Ship Camps as long as we have a kid in camp!
