More assistance needed
This is my second time using this service and its proven to be very reliable. However. I wish there were quicker responses to messages as it regards to help and invoices and how to go about how to handle them when you have orders coming in from different places but with the same order number. Cause right now I have multiple orders in with same order number but arriving different days and time. How do I, or how would you be able to assist me with that?

What might help is making use of our preregistration service! By preregistering your orders before arrival, we can work together to finish the invoice process before your packages arrive in your suite. Once it arrives, the only thing you have to do is to request our repack and combine service or pay for shipping and sit back and relax.

Excellent Service
My experience with My Malls has been excellent this far. Their ability to offer me the opportunity to consolidate my packages immediately upon receiving them, receive my affirmative response, consolidate my packages and have them shipped all in the same afternoon was very impressive. I have been using them in addition to a local company in Bermuda but they are very quickly becoming my go to shipping company. Very impressed thus far.
