I love my bracelet!! Being in the south, everything tarnished in 1 wear. They say their stuff is not waterproof...can't help but sweat in the south!! Anyways these are truly awesome, I have been wearing mine for two weeks straight. It's still shining!!

Love the tennis bracelet

I was thrilled at the look of my bracelet and it fits great. Looks amazing with my sterling silver ones. But, I’ve only had it about two weeks and have already lost a stone at the clasp. Very disappointed given the other reviews I’ve read. I’d love to attach my photo but don’t see a way to do that.

Update: Amazingly quick customer service, with offer to replace. I’ll have to increase my stars if a new bracelet does appear!

Never received my item. I have sent multiple emails to your company. My order name is different from the name in this review. I was sent an email from your company requesting my review. I didn’t just come to Trust Pilot on my own.
I’ve only been told by your company that my item should arrive “ next week” or “wait a few days longer”. I’m tracking my package and it has not moved. Yet, you offer no support other than for me to wait.

Thank you for your response. I understand that you do not personally handle package deliveries and that shipping carriers and customs delays can sometimes be outside of your direct control. However, as the customer, my purchase agreement is with your company, not with the carrier or supply chain.
While I appreciate the explanation, I placed an order expecting to receive the item within the timeframe advertised, and the package has now been significantly delayed with no definite delivery date. I do not feel it is reasonable for me to continue waiting indefinitely without any resolution.
At this point, I am requesting that you either:
1. Resend the item immediately, or
2. Issue a full refund for my order.
I understand your policy regarding items considered “lost,” but from a customer standpoint I have paid for a product that I still do not have. I would appreciate a prompt resolution rather than continued uncertainty.
Please let me know how you plan to resolve this matter.

The quality of their jewelry is unbelievable. You have to see it in person to appreciate it. Their customer service unsurpassable. They truly respond within 24 hours or sooner.
