My tennis bracelet broke the first time wearing it. I contacted the company with photos and they immediately got back to me and said they were sending me a replacement. I appreciate a company that stands behind their product

I am so disappointed with these bracelets. I bought 2 and got one free.. it is impossible for me to slide and secure the clasps… I tried all three of them. The gold tone one bent…a big waste of money for me…

My Mimi bracelet was easy to order and it came quickly. I am not one for taking off and putting on jewelry all the time so the fact that I can leave this bracelet on all the time was a huge factor in my decision to purchase the Miami bracelet. I also liked the clasp and that was another factor that helped me choose MyLoveMyTreasure. I purchased another brand first but sent it back because of the cheap looking clasp.
I have only had my bracelet for a week but I am very pleased.

My bracelet broke only after wearing it a few days/ I sent pictures and within 24 hours of my email and the pictures of the broken bracelet a replacement is being sent to me. I’m totally happy with this company. The bracelet was beautiful and I’m sure it was just a fluke that it broke, but they replaced it with no questions asked -such a great merchant !! I will definitely buy from them again. The customer service was impeccable.

I ordered two tennis bracelets and loved them both. Unfortunately, one broke after just more than two weeks of wearing. I was so bummed! I emailed customer service and provided a few pictures of the broken bracelet. I received a reply within 24 hours telling me it was 100% clear the bracelet had broken in the middle and nothing else was needed from me. They clarified which of the two bracelets it was and after I let them know I was told a replacement was on the way. Great, fast customer service ☺️

I purchased the Miami tennis bracelet and stud earrings from this company, both are absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately, there was a small issue with the bracelet and I had to reach out to customer support. Things happen and I totally understand that. Almost immediately after I emailed the company I received a response. They requested I send a quick video to them and they then immediately resolved the issue.
