As promised your package has been shipped out again, free of charge, after your first package got randomly picked out in customs for inspection and never got released, in which the package got considered 'lost in transit'.
2 days ago it already arrived at our international airport in Australia, and it's waiting on a spot on the plane to the USA right now.
As another sorry from our side we issued you some store credit, see mailbox, that can be utilised on your next order.

I have worn the silver bracelet with moissanite for the past 10 days without removal thru showers, hot tubs, house cleaning, funeral and work without issue, looks great. I'm so glad I don't have to baby it. Very nice piece of jewelry.

The bracelet was exactly as advertised! It truly is understated elegance. I’m having a small issue with the catch but admittedly have “older” fingers. The only thing better would be perhaps 10 carats to still be very convincing but not questionable! The price, too, was in line. Love it…
