After ordering my first bracelet, it broke after one month. When I first received it, I out it in and never took it off. When the bracelet broke, I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a replacement! I call this great customer service.

Wow.. what can I say about My Love My Treasure, the customer service is second to none. So quick with their response to any emails. I got a Roma bracelet as an anniversary gift, it needed to be replaced, unfortunately they were out of stock so they offer me a different tennis bracelet, all free of charge which I think is really nice. Kept me updating throughout the whole process. Excellent service and beautiful jewellery. Will definitely be buying more from their website xx

Order Accuracy
I placed an order after I received a bracelet from my Mother as a gift.. The jewelry is very pretty, of good quality and I feel that it is fairly priced. Several items were missing when I got my order, so I contacted the company and they were quick to respond. I received the replacement order and was so excited to get all of the missing items that were sent. However, the “mystery bracelet” that I didn’t get in the first order, was again, not in the second replacement order. Although I know it was as add on due to the amount I had spent in my original order, I am disappointed that it again was not included in the replacement order. I would have to say that is my only complaint, and a reason that I would be hesitant to order in the future. I would have had to contact the company again, and let them know that piece was still not included. I did not contact them, by choice, because it seemed like a hassle to do so for a second time…. So I guess order accuracy is my main issue.

I just checked for you what went wrong, including your order and communication with us.
It wasn't clear on the first communication that the mystery bracelet was also missing with the order.
To be honest; your order has been very unique in itself as we never make any mistakes with packing orders as we have multiple security guardrails in place to prevent that, so I don't even know what happened with yours.
Because it was not clear the mystery bracelet was missing, it was never added at the replacement order, so thats why it was not in there the 2nd time.
To make it right I've added a good amount of store credit to your account, please see mail for you the exact amount, that can be used on your new order.
Again we're sorry about it, this never happens to us, and I hope you can forgive us and that we'll see you back at our store soon! ❤️

Received my bracelets in the mail
Received my bracelets in the mail, absolutely beautiful. The clasp on one of the bracelets was broken. Reached out to customer service with issue. Replacement was confirmed and replaced.

They don’t offer full credit
They don’t offer full credit. I look at my account they still taking money of my card. After they stated half credit only then they put some credit towards there merchandise. I don’t want to purchase anything else from the company I want my credit back I later request for full credit after excepting partial credit and keeping merchandise. When you back they stated I took the partial payment. Remind you they never game me the option for full credit

Thank you for your feedback. We were able to locate your order and confirm that you accepted our partial refund offer and chose to keep your order. Based on that agreement, a partial refund was processed to your original payment method on June 20.
The promotional store credit that was added to your account is separate from your refund and was offered as a courtesy for use toward a future purchase. It is not a replacement for the refund that was issued.
If you are not seeing the refunded amount in your account, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider, as the refund has already been processed on our end and is now outside of our control. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue an additional refund, as the agreed-upon partial refund has already been completed.

I love my bracelet!! Being in the south, everything tarnished in 1 wear. They say their stuff is not waterproof...can't help but sweat in the south!! Anyways these are truly awesome, I have been wearing mine for two weeks straight. It's still shining!!
