Having had little interest selling privately I was offered a reasonable price for the vehicle, not overly generous but around what I would have got trading it in. Once you've jumped through the hoops to get all the photos of the vehicle taken, and all the documentation uploaded t went quite well. Liam kept in touch over collection which was easy enough, once he had taken more photos! and sent them off, and the dealer paid the money over quickly and all was done. Happy to recommend as long as you're not expecting a high 'retail' valuation.

A painless way to sell a car! Got a much better price than through part exchange. App easy to use. The guy who picked up the car was really friendly and the money went through seamlessly.

I had taken all photographs as requested. Waited well over a week to collect car once agreed sale. Asked to reduce price when found slight oil stain around one seal, saying hadn't been declared, yet at no point was I asked to supply any pictures or reports of engine. No previous services had highlighted any engine issues whatsoever.

To be honest I was very sceptical but so glad I used Motorway. App was easy to use and everything pretty straight forward. Got slightly more than the reserve which was already a good price and nothing knocked off on collection. My description was honest and the car in very good condition. £4800.00 more than another well known car buying company. Car went live for the day on Thursday, sold Friday and collected on Tuesday. All easy and very professional. Would definitely use again.

Scammy tactics! Their online quote is a joke. Spent ages on the phone being passed around, and they still wouldn't give me a firm price for my car. They just want to trap you in a conversation to lowball you. Avoid at all costs

Very friendly

This was my third car sold through Motorway, and over the years their customer service has always been spot on. This time there was a small hiccup when the first bidder changed their mind without even seeing the car. Thankfully, the customer service team stepped in and connected me with the second bidder, who came out, was over the moon with the car, and offered me a really good price for it.
