I am a regular purchaser of the Megan Bouncy Blow and have probably bought six or seven in total as I wear them a lot. Never had any problems at all until this morning when one of the clips broke on the short piece broke. I emailed easilocks about 10.30 this morning and they replied within an hour to say they will send me a new piece. Did't ask for pictures or ask me to send the broken piece back. Can't say fairer than that so am very happy with their response.
