Good communication fair price quoted & prompt payment on completion.

I have found every member of staff extremely polite, friendly and efficient.
It is good to be able to speak to people too, with relatively short hold times.

As with others motor companies out there, I'm sure to say not one of the worse, but a few things are that could be tweak. Communication throughout the process would be great even at the end letting the customer know whether they need to contact DVLA. Also, the price set as to what the dealer has got my car up for is unfair, however, I think again, that should be tweak a little bit more appropriate.

The process was very straightforward and I was reassured that any offers would be genuine. I was surprised by the initial valuation, higher than I thought, but it did drop after I had entered all the details. The higher of the two bids was not as much as the suggested value but still higher than I expected. I was disappointed that the dealer still haggled after I specting the car but the final offer was still more than I initially hoped. So quick, easy and a good result all round.
