Everyone knows As a first time buyer, it was so difficult to get right advice. But I found one of the best mortgage advisors name as a Dipak Mistry at Leicester. He and his entire teams are very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Also with reasonable charges.

I never met him face to face every things are done via telephonic conversations.

I honestly can't rave enough about this company and especially Dale Townsend, he'd even take the time after business working hours to message me back, he found our mortgage and he did all the hard work for us, if I was stuck with sending something as I'm not a wizz when it comes to computers he'd sort it for me, honestly if you are looking for a mortgage you should definitely go with this company.

Words can’t describe adequately how impressed I am by Jason Harris at Mortgage Bridge. My first contact with him was by message after business hours so I didn’t expect to hear back until the next day but he responded immediately. Even though my situation was complicated he brokered an offer in principle for me by 12 noon the next day i.e 19 hours later. Two weeks after that I received a confirmed offer. The man doesn't mess about! Prior to trying Mortgage Bridge other brokers took 6 weeks to offer me extortionate products and fees at double the cost and we got nowhere. I nearly gave up but glad I didn’t. Jason Harris is exceptional, incredibly efficient, responsive and kind. He answers every question within minutes and sorted me out swiftly and painlessly. Dale really helped us a lot with the mortgage application process. It took multiple applications due to issues we’ve had and circumstances but Dale got us there in the end. He’s very professional, knowledgable and gave us the right advice and actions to take when we had issues. Dale has been exceptional throughout the mortgage process. He took time at the start of the process to listen to my circumstances and discuss what he felt were the best options for me. He was knowledgeable on the type of lenders to approach and how to best navigate each lender's borrowing criteria. Dale stayed in touch whilst the lender considered my application, calming my nerves when there was 'radio silence' from the lender and reassuring me that this was normal process.
