We used Garry from finance Advice Centre and he was so good we had lots of obstacles but he managed to get us through highly recommend to anyone

Garry Smith was recommended to us by our estate agent as someone who had helped many of her clients find mortgages. Being in a somewhat unusual situation with our outgoings and expenses, we had struggled with the "mainstream" lenders. Garry was positive from the very beginning and his process of going through all of our income and expenses to get everything lined up ahead of any application helped him find us the best option and really helped the process move along. He kept checking in during the application process and keeping us up to date, liaising with the estate agent to keep them up to speed with progress too. We couldn't have asked for a better service. Very highly recommended.

When Garry first contacted me, I explained that I wanted to remortgage my home but wasn’t quite ready. We agreed to speak again in a few months, and true to his word, he called exactly when he said he would. From there, we began the remortgage process.

Garry was never forceful; instead, we worked together as a team. He answered every question we had, patiently repeating information whenever we needed clarification, and all his emails were tailored to our conversations. He arranged online appointments that suited our schedule, and once he found the right deal and passed the matter on to the solicitors, he continued to check in with weekly calls to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. As I was the main contact, I felt completely comfortable reaching out to him whenever I needed to.
