Following feedback reply. Sent all my details to them on email address supplied. 10 days later still no response. COMPLETE CON AND ALSO LIARS! DO NOT USE. Original feedback was - Did not receive order - refused to answer emails. Chat bot supposedly looking into. Cannot get product or money back. Complete con DO NOT USE

CONFIRMATION OF ITEM RETURNED TO SALES PERSON OF MONKEY TOOLS LLC FOR WARRANTY CHECK UP, IT HAS BEEN PAST 5 MONTH AGO OR MORE AND NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. IT IS LIKELY UNPROFESSIONAL THAT WE AS LOYAL CUSTOMER TO YOU ALL HAVE TO ENDURE THIS TYPE OF MATTER. CALLS AFTER CALLS AND EMAILS BUT NO RESPONSE AS TO MY BOOST JUMPSTART. AND IF WE DID GET LUCKY WITH AN ANSWER CALL, ALL WE GOT WAS I HAD TO SEND IT BACK AND HAVE NO ETA. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO NO ONE. Great Black Friday deals

Great Black Friday deals. I managed to pick up a drill set for nearly half the normal price. Fast delivery and we had been given a tracking number which was nice. DPD left the parcel under the canopy roof which leaked in heavy rain so the parcel got wet but contents were OK. No note was left in the letter box

Fantastic service. My item was dispatched very quickly and I received my item today. There was one item in my order thar I will have to wait for but I was told quickly. I will definitely buy from monkey tools if I need anymore items for my home

Regret cannot recommend this company. Order not delivered and despite many calls and also e-mails, no response. I am particularly annoyed as I paid extra for next day delivery.

Zero rounded up to one star

Zero rounded up to one star. Never received the item ordered. Never received a reply to my email requesting information about when I would receive it or the possibility of a refund. No delivery was attempted as I have full CCTV access to the shipping address. I still receive promotional emails asking me to place further orders. Strangely I have not been tempted.

Be Wary of This Companies Delivery Problems

Be wary of this company, Your item may not be dispached until you chase, chase and chase again.

They appear to have sporadic problems with their wearhouse, and choice of postal company (DPD).

If you ask for a refund due to non delivery they will then say very sorry package will be dispached today, along with a FREE gift as an oppology.

Your item will then arrive, but the FREE gift may be then be delayed (DPD), and you need to chase again.

Also you will get a £5 voucher for registering that you can use on your first purchase. The voucher code may not be accepted, a technical issue I believe. You will have to chase for a code that actually works.

Don't bother trying to call the support number. It's an unmanned phone.

They will also stop responding to you completely once they have dispached your order, due to your emails going into their spam folder, hmm.

Good job I only bought a Makita item from them as they are fantastic with their curtomer support.

I did eventually receive my drill, and FREE gift and they have said they will send me another £5 voucher code.

All these issues could easily have been avoided.

Answer your emails…

Placed an order online for an Fireangel HT-630 Heat Alarm as a like for like replacement for my elderly grandmother. On arrival I opened the package to find I had received an FA6720–R Heat Alarm. Tried phoning there customer care and sending email enquiring if this had been an error or if the heat alarm sent was a newer version of item ordered. Still no reply after 4days?? Made general enquiry at my local hardware store and they have reassured me the item sent is fit for the purpose purchased for. Would have been nice to have had some sort of communication from retailer from whom I purchased the item
