Needed a hedge trimmer and Monkey Tools were the only supplier that held stock in store. All the other only offer next day delivery at best. The service was fast and easy. Texting directly with a real person who provided a great product package at the same price as competitors. Highly recommended small business.

We have had recent interactions with customers of ToolMonkey as they get the name confused as it is similar to ours, they specialise in WorkWear and PPE Such as boots etc...

I picked up a Milwaukee combo deal at 20% off, only 5 days later to receive a refund, without explanation and to go back on their website to see that they still have 11 in stock but not on offer anymore, I have bought it for 688 and now is over 800... That's a nasty way to do business, very unprofessional.

Odered a milwaukee power tool, I phoned before placing my order to check item was in stock as was needed quick.
Item was despatched with no tracking so called no answer but received call back in 10 minutes then received an email and another follow up call with tracking details as there was a change in courier to DPD.
Item was delivered next day just when needed so all good.

Had to involve my bank to get the money back
Took the payment but never sent the order out. Tried to contact them via email, whatsapp and phone, to no reply. Finally some child answered the phone after a week and assured me that they will immediately send it out. A month later, still not sent, no refund and no reply. Had to contact my bank, which clawed the money back. Steer clear of these guys, all their stock can be found cheaper elsewhere in other shops which send overnight delivery not months to arrive. Save yourselves the trouble, avoid like the plague

Hassle free with good packaging but I would recommend to change their courier company from royal mail because my item was delayed to the next day and was lucky someone was home otherwise and I can see similar issues on the other reviews

Royal Mail finally delivered!
It’s fair to say that my order arriving wasn’t smooth, I personally didn’t have any issues with contacting the seller lots of messages forward and back. It does seem that Royal Mail were the problem here. My order finally arrived today despite taking over a week to arrive when next day delivery was chosen and paid for. The seller has refunded me and as a good will gesture given me the item. It’s a shame that Royal Mail has let them down.

Rest assured, your item was dispatched via a 24Hour Courier service, and we recommend contacting Royal Mail directly with the tracking information to verify the status of your shipment.
