This company is a scam I ordered 4 fluorescent lights for my elderly parents that have both had a stroke the money came out immediately I still have not received them and the phone number is fake and I have sent over 10 emails so disappointed and to be out of pocket disgusting you should be ashamed!!!!!

I opted for next day delivery for a specific lightbulb, but they haven't dispatched it. Moreover, they are unresponsive to my emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages. I'm initiating a dispute with the bank as they seem to be a scam company. Avoid purchasing from them to prevent financial loss.

So far very poor service, this company are not replying to emails, cannot be called on the telephone as the telephone number just goes through to an answering machine

It's scam

It's scam! All good reviews are fake. I ordered 2 Makita batteries 3weeks ago with next day delivery and it didn't arrive at all. I messaged them and they said parcel has been lost by royal mail but I never received any tracking number. They not responding my emails any more. It's proper SCAM.

Not sure they actually exist

Placed order and paid 4th Jan 2024. Order is still showing as awaiting fulfillment as at 21st Jan. My email enquiry was ignored. My phone call went to an answerphone. I managed to get in contact thru their chat facility. They said it had been posted but gave no tracking or other info. I both emailed and used their chat again asking for proof of despatch or an immediate refund. I've heard nothing since. I have now asked my credit card company to obtain my refund. There are other similar reviews which I wish I had checked first. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm still not convinced they actually exist. Many positive trustpilot reviews seem to be from family and friends. Beware !!

DeWalt impact wrench

Good delivery time and the item was as described sadly the packaging was terrible. You pay a lot of money and it's just thrown in a box with no protection. When it was delivered it was almost falling out of the hole in the box.

Avoid!!

Bought an item on the 9th of December for a Christmas present. Never turned up. Sent emails and called their custom service number and didn't get a response from either. After I kept chasing them up via email I finally got a reply stating that their emails go into "junk" (what a load of lies) and they've ran out of the item so will have to refund me even though that's what I wanted anyway. Also said they'd send a free gift ( from other reviews I've seen, they always say that and then never send you anything ) been 2 weeks now and still haven't got a refund and now not replying to my emails again. Also make 5 star reviews themselves to make the company look better. Would avoid unless you want hassle of getting your money back.

Great service, a huge range of tools to choice from with the best prices. I brought a Milwaukee drill set and a few add on’s. Delivered on time and could track my parcel from the moment of dispatch. Highly recommend!

Use this company a few times now and…

Use this company a few times now and always had quick delivery on my purchases. When I thought an item was missing Monkey Tools responded straight away and very helpful. Find the website easy to use a and quick check out and receipt emailed straight away with tracking information.

I'm afraid I won't use MonkeyTools…

I'm afraid I won't use MonkeyTools again. Ordered three items and paid extra for next day delivery. Next day, no sign. Phoned MonkeyTools, promised a call back that day; no call. Phoned again to say item had been lost by courier. Promised new delivery and email that evening; no email came. Phoned again next day promised delivery Monday. No delivery Monday, phoned again, given Royal Mail tracking number and 4 24 hours this said that Royal Mail were awaiting the package. Phoned today to request refund today which was agreed to. I ordered items elsewhere and then this afternoon the MonkeyTools items (original ones I guess) arrived. So now I will have bought twice for no good reason.
The person I spoke to on the phone seemed perfectly pleasant but the company seems unable to deliver on its promises (or its deliveries).
Just too unreliable for me to ever purchase with them again.
I haven't received my refund yet, so I suppose in the circumstances that that's just as well.
