Firstly what I will say is im absolutely over the moon with my robooter e60 gt pro power chair.🙂trust me after 3 chairs in the past 18 months I am so happy with this product.. couple littel things but definatly better round..
Secondly I want to say thank you to all staff I encountered on the phone with mobility co , honestly every one of them was polite and helpful and did not make me feel uncomfortable at any time..
Personally last but not least ,I want to say a massive thank you to JAMES the guy who helped with everything from the sale up until the end.. we had a few ups and downs regarding the DPD SERvice ( nothing to do with mobility co ) but we got their i the end.. and James has been a gem 💎 In that process. So again. Thank you 😊

rollator arrived very quickly
We ordered a rollator which arrived super fast and well packed. It was easy to assemble and the company have been really helpful with great communication. We are happy to recommend them based on our experience.

Disappointed that you only do next day delivery at over 7.00 pounds. I didn’t need next day delivery but there was no other option. I did contact someone in the chat but was told that was the only option there was.

Easy ordering and price was much lower…
Easy ordering and price was much lower than I had found elsewhere. I was contacted after to see if I wished to upgrade my device battery which I declined. Then contacted again to say the battery I had ordered was not in stock so they would upgrade me for free to ensure my order was fulfilled. Very happy.
I did choose next day delivery on check out but delivery actually took around 3 days.

Great customer service, they were very polite, told us everything we needed to know about the chair and kept us informed every step of the way, the only downside is the chair was dirty, I know it was a second hand chair but they could have cleaned it for us otherwise would have been 5 stars

Don't try ordering online make sure you verify your purchase with an advisor, I placed an order for titan fwd powerchairs paid £1195.99 which was taken straight away from my bank and awaited my next day delivery. It didn't appear nor on day 2 so I phoned and had to wait a call back to find the order is awaiting a dispatch date 6 to 8 weeks time. The advisor said they didn't know why they were not informed and I would have to wait for my refund or I could wait for the product to be available. If I wanted to wait that long I would not have expected to pay anything until I received it. I am now in limbo with no chair and no money this is not acceptable.
