Just received my Family Crest necklace and I was so happy I am order 2 more for family members!

I ordered a custom 14k gold class ring on April 7, the website at the time said that it would take 8-12 business days to ship. The company reached out to me the following day to confirm a few details about the ring. 12 business days came and went so I asked for an update, the update was in short "we're running a little behind but your ring is currently being made". That gave me a little peace. a full week passed with no shipping notification, so I asked for another update.. this time the response i got was in short "We are having a shortage of 14k gold, but we will ship your ring soon." another week went by, I sent an email for an update only to find that the email address I was originally in correspondence with had been deleted. I was almost sure that I had just been scammed out of $600. As a last ditch effort, I went to the website and used the chat box to see the progress of my order. To my surprise, the order was in transit and only a few days away from my location.(I had not received an email with any shipping information.) even more to my surprise was that the ring was shipped from Turkey, after the website says that its a Texas company. I have no issue with buying anything from Turkey, but I do have an issue with a company lying about their whereabouts to drum up more business. They shipped to me with DHL which is (at least where I'm from) a huge pain in the back to deal with. My ring arrived on May 12, almost 5 weeks after I ordered it.

with all this being said; the ring is still very good quality, though my experience receiving the ring was horrible, I believe the ring is of very good quality. It has many very fine details that are hard to see without a microscope, and it is very impressive.

I would give the ring 5 stars and the company/ CS 1 star.

If you don't mind the sketchy customer service, i would recommend this ring.

Great experience and product quality. All emails were replied to within 6hrs of them being sent. They made the design and customization of the product a smooth and easy process, with multiple options. The product was delivered very quickly, and was of great quality upon arrival. Overall it was a great experience working with this company.

Very pleased with the result. Submitted my order for a coat of arms ring. Great results. Good quality and impressed by the detail. Very happy and get compliments whenever I wear it.

Giving one star simply because I'm not happy about the situation, not happy I didn't get my purchases and had to get a refund, really wanted my orders but was lied to about them being shipped out when they weren't and through others reviews of being in the same position I was, I lost trust and especially when I didn't receive a tracking number on my orders. Everything led to lack of trust and I won't be scammed out of my money from anyone. Either I get what I paid for or I get my money back. I'm so pissed I even had to take the route I did to get a refund after my orders were not shipped out. Maybe I will find better luck with another company who does the same type of work.... Trust and Honesty, Or you lose customers and money.

Update: I was told to keep my reviews up on all platforms until a refund was in my account and I did receive a full refund, they kept their word.

Be sure to read all the poor and bad reviews because they are accurate.

I did receive the ring I ordered and was blown away when I saw it. it definitely exceeded all expectations I had when I ordered it, I wanted something with my family crest that I could be proud to pass down to my son and you definitely did a outstanding job. The customer service throughout the whole process was wonderful. thank you

They were extremely thorough and kept me informed every step along the way. The shipping company had some delays but the seller was extremely kind in keeping me updated with its progress. They were very diligent in their work and made sure I liked the product before paying. Once ordered, they were much quicker than expected in getting my order out and delivered.
