Love my signet ring! Quality is fantastic and the customer service from the folks at Minimalist Designs is top notch! Can't wait to order more!!!

I purchased a custom made class ring, and am so pleased with the result! Considering COVID-19, shipping was delayed for my item, however the seller was very considerate and helpful in communicating with me about my ring. I am very pleased with the customer service as well as the quality of the product. I will definitely be returning to this shop!

The ring was nice but the design wasn’t nearly as deep as I thought it should be, and it was not sized right...I’ve got big hands and need a 12 1/2 ring...what came was at least a 13 if not larger....two things that don’t warrant returning it, but I will have to pay to get it down sized.....for the price I expect better attention to detail.

The rings are not as described, the one I received is just plated and not solid strerling silver and also did not come as requested. The reason they can't do a solid silver ring without a black or white background is because it is just plated & not solid silver, even though they claim that they're solid sterling silver on their website as well as on the receipt when you buy the ring. They sent me two emails stating that the ring was strerling silver plated (I believe by mistake) once I brought this to their attention and the fact that they represented it was solid silver at the time of purchase. Now they won't respond or return email / correspondence. I am currently disputing charges with my bank right now because they're not willing to rectify the situation for the ring I bought for my son. I feel sorry for the people that don't realize that they got taken.

I purchased an 18k solid rose gold custom design signet ring, with engravings on both sides and inside. While it took somewhat longer than expected, and there were some communication delays, I am extremely happy with the result. It was well worth the wait. My ring is an exact representation of the design that I approved after first placing my order, except it is far more stunning in the metal. Every aspect of the ring was made to perfection. The sizing is spot-on as well. Price-wise, Minimalist Designs cannot be beat. I would recommend them to anyone interested in custom-designed jewelry.

My order was delivered today. Based upon your prior work for me, my expectations were high, but they were far exceeded. The ring is truly astounding. In the almost three hundred years in which crest rings have been worn by members of my family, none have ever been done in the bas relief method I chose here (which produces a bright raised crest set off by a satin background). While intaglio produces the traditional seal ring, bas relief produces a tasteful jewelry brilliance. And you have done both flawlessly for the family. Your work is impeccable and the detail is astounding. What more can be said? Thank you.

I found Minimalist Designs as a Facebook pop up. I rarely click on these but the pictures were intriguing. I ended up buying a family crest signet ring. The work is far above the cost I paid! I was very happy and bought a 2nd one, so both my kids can have one when my days come to an end!
