We purchased our property, 6 years ago, through Michaels and were so impressed with the service when we decided to sell they were the only Estate Agent we contacted. So happy we did. From Cameron, taking photos and doing the initial consultation, Michael compiling the brochure and Lee and Ollie arranging viewings, the service has been first class. However they really come into their own with the fantastic customer service, and support, provided by Nikki.

Nikki is the Sales Progressor. She constantly kept us updated and tirelessly chased agents and solicitors on our behalf. Every call and email we sent was answered the same day. We felt we always knew what was happening, which is so important, especially due to the complications further down the chain.

To all at Michaels, especially Nikki, we cannot thank you enough for your assistance and kindness during our move. If we move again you can be sure we would come to yourselves. We cannot recommend you highly enough. THANK YOU.

Lee Francis and Jo Davy were outstanding from start to finish. As first-time buyers, my partner and I were quite cautious after a previous negative experience with a mainstream estate agent. However, Lee completely changed that for us. He supported us every step of the way, kept us fully informed throughout, and gave us real confidence in securing our first home.

We managed to exchange and complete in under two months, thanks not only to Lee and Jo’s dedication but also to the excellent solicitors recommended by Michaels.

I had a really positive experience with Michaels Property in Essex. From the beginning of the process right through to securing my new home, everything was handled professionally and smoothly.

Kyle was especially supportive throughout the entire process. He was always responsive, easy to reach, and very helpful whenever I had questions or needed clarification on anything. Moving can be stressful, but Kyle made the experience much easier by keeping me informed and making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible.

We went in to request a viewing and 2 weeks later, we moved into the property!
