Whilst the whole house buying/ selling process can be incredibly frustrating, Fenn Wright made the journey from offer to completion as painless as I've ever experienced. Having had a poor experience with another agent, Fenn Wright took on our property, marketed it very well, handled all viewings and fought hard to get us the best price.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Fenn Wright from my experience of them.

We had an excellent experience with Fenn Wright from start to finish. What really stood out was their proactive approach — Callum and Charley arranged viewings for our bungalow even before it officially went to market, which immediately gave us confidence in their buyer network and strategy.

That approach paid off, as we agreed a sale following the very first viewing — a fantastic result and far beyond what we were expecting in terms of speed and efficiency.

Joshua ensured that I was updated at all times with regards to my property transaction in Ipswich. This as especially important as my solicitors levels of communication was negligible at times. Although the whole process seemed protracted, Joshua remained confident throughout the transaction period and reassured me through the difficult moments. A recommended estate agent.

Average. Ok as agent but have spent 18 months trying to get them to recognis new legal owner of property - and they have bungled paperwork all over the place.

I recently bought a property through Fenn Wright, and I’m very happy with the service I received. I was a buyer, and Kirsty kept me updated every week without fail, which made the whole process feel much smoother and far less stressful.

In a previous sale of mine (with a different agent), the sales progresser only spoke to us twice before the chain collapsed, so I really understand how important consistent communication is. Kirsty’s regular updates made a huge difference, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and support throughout.

I was very impressed with everyone in the office from Paul who valued my property through to Sarah and Adam and finally Clarke who dealt with completion day.

However, the jewel in the crown was Kirsty who has a wealth of experience and certainly puts it to good use

She told me she would support me throughout and indeed she did through the highs and lows inevitably encountered when selling and purchasing property
