A developer client needed to quickly refinance a 2nd charge loan that was due to expire in a month. Zahira and Parisa from MFS swiftly turned this around and completed the facility within the agreed time frame. Process was smooth from the beginning. Also with the benefit of being the best priced 2nd charge facility available at the time.
