Against the backdrop of a rapidly changing rates environment, the team were able to flex their BTL offering to match the borrowers requirements;
- Discount off their annual interest rate so the monthly payments were lower and more affordable.
- Discounted Interest deferred until maturity.
- No Monthly payments until after the 1st 6 months.
- Most importantly, FIXED RATES for 2 yrs especially at a time when a lot of the hybrid / bridge lending market has moved to variable only.

Although the goalposts kept shifting from the client due to their equity release requirement frequently changing, Jemima Hayes, Sonal Kavri, Scott Lord CeMAP & the team at Market Financial Solutions serenely breezed through the 7 variations on this deal to see it through!

On the outset of this deal, Eve my BDM was very helpful in producing terms with a very quick turnaround. As the deal progressed and took on new complexities, Cameron my assigned Underwriter was on hand to assist throughout. Early morning calls, late evening calls on the train, all outside of working hours do his very best to get it over the line. As the deal got more complex, the more Cameron was on hand to assist and find solutions. He saved my clients from going into notice with the other lender and was always supportive throughout. Terrible solicitors acting for MFS caused the clients unnecessary cost. A paralegal should not be running a complex case to save the firm money.
Terms should also not be changed once a client has signed up to a set of terms. I have never witnessed this from another lender.

MFS goes above and beyond to meet last minute deadlines set by the seller and expectations. The team deserves all credit.
