Fantastic Experience
From start to finish we had a wonderful, connected service where the underwriter (Greg) and the wider team worked above and beyond to ensure the case was swiftly brough to a completion. Came to the rescue securing our premises of 25 years
Mid pandemic my Times Rich List landlord of 25 years decided to retire and offer me the chance to buy my retail business premises as a good leaseholder/tenant. Only catch... I needed to make it happen within 3 months and in the middle of a pandemic! Time was lost with brokers & lenders "talking the talk" but not being able to deliver. MFS came to the rescue, and underwriter Kieron cut to the chase. The bridging facility was provided, and completion took place securing the premises. The interactions with MFS colleagues during the lifetime of the bridge were personable, and professional. I would most certainly recommend MFS and felt from the top down, this lender has a "can do" human attitude with clear straightforward terms. I would most certainly recommend MFS.

Tom and Parisa worked their sock off to get the deal over the line, nothing was too much hard work for them at all, even dealing with me moaning about the solicitors on what felt like a daily basis.

We managed to complete on a complex…
We managed to complete on a complex offshore case with a number of twists and turns.
The deal wouldn't have happened without the help of Parisa Godaz and Zahira Fayyaz and the rest of teh MFS team.
Parisa kept me informed all the way chasing lawyers and internal parties as necessary in a professional and helpful manor.
We had to deal with a number of last minute complications all of which were
overcome in a pragmatic fashion.
I would use Parisa and Zahira again and MFS.
