Customer service will never call you…

Customer service will never call you back and they ignore emails as well. Not getting anywhere near the speeds was told we’d have.

Installation and help from tech

The tech who came to install was courteous, helpful and informational about what he was doing and how he was hooking it up. He made sure that my app was set up correctly and working. My TV's and computer are running faster with no buffering.

Cut off my service without warning.

I set up a new account with Mercury and received my first invoice. In 10 days I was issued a 2nd invoice for the following month. On the 2nd invoice they had added $5 because I had not yet set up autopay. I emailed them the next day which they never responded to. Less than 2 weeks later they cut off our service since we were 'past due'. I had not even had the service up 1 month, yet I'm past due for a 2nd invoice for January? This is absurd customer service. There was no warning, no 'your account is past due' email or courtesy text, nothing, just shut off the service. When I can get out of my account I will and never use this service again.

I’ve had them for years and I’ve been…

I’ve had them for years and I’ve been mostly satisfied. Of course I wish I could get faster speeds but I’m out in the boondocks so I’m thankful to be able to get reliable service at all. Let me be clear my service isn’t super slow but I’d say just average, but the service has been excellent anytime I’ve needed to call.

Reliability

Only once have I experienced an outage in 2 plus years. Contacted customer service and with in 24 hours my service was restored...

Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Installation day was coming up and communication was excellent. Installer was on time, courteous, respectful to my home & property and couldn’t be more personable with me. He tested everything before he left and made sure to show me how everything worked if problems happened. No problems so far.

Finally an excellent Internet…

We really like the way it keeps working I know that might sound silly, but the Internet we had before it would go out all the time you never had a good connection or the tower was always down so far this has been great
