I used Mercury Broadband for over 2 1/2 years. No problems util I cancelled my services. Now it has been a nightmare. I have been waiting 3 months for a refund that should never have been charged. 5/21/2025 my equipment was "scheduled" to be picked up and I was told I would no longer be charged. 5/26/2025 a payment was taken from my account, as I was on autopay. 6/4/2025 an invoice arrived showing I had a credited amount, so I contacted the company and was told a ticket was put in for a refund. 7/4/2025 invoice came stating I owed them for equipment not returned. I contacted the company and was informed "they" were unable to remove the equipment off my garage roof during "scheduled" pick up date, so they needed to reschedule to do so (they already have all equipment from inside my home picked up on 5/21). I told them to come anytime as this equipment is outside. 7/10/2025, equipment was removed, and again, I was told a ticket was put in for a refund. 8/4/2025 billing statement arrives, not only without a refund, but with a $5.00 late fee added to the previous charges, which I DO NOT OWE! Called the company again. This time being told that AFTER the 8/4/2025 invoice was created, 25 days after all equipment removal is completed, a note was added confirming the picked up equipment and refund. So now, they will not issue a refund until after the 9/4/2025 statement comes out. Basically, if they get your money, you will pay hell to get it back because "This is how it is done". The equipment should have been fully credited by 7/10/2025 and a refund issued on 8/4/2025 if this is how they do things. I regret ever doing business with this company now. Unacceptable accounting services.

Mercury broadband will get other card information and will take payment without consent. Plus they want to charge a hidden late fee charge. And never tell you about it.

The internet service is the best I have had at this address. I haven't had anywhere near the problems I have had with the previous companies. But here is why it wasn't a 5 star, if you need customer service you had best hope it is before 6:00 or your out of luck. My internet went out after 6:00 on a Friday and I didn't get it back until Monday afternoon. I did get a credit for the time it was out, but I would have preferred the service instead.

Was as easy as could be! Just signed up for service.. they contact you and get an appointment made! They show up (friendly and professional) hook up the hardware for your new blazing fast fiber! Then a week or 2 later they come back and put the cable in the ground! So thankful to not be using AT&T’s horrible internet anymore. Internet used to work sometimes… now it’s super fast!!!

The office staff answered my call promptly, was very polite and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions to my satisfaction. It only took a couple of days before the crew arrived to install my internet. They were very polite, respected my home and explained each step they were going to take to install the product. One of the guys helped me set up my account and auto pay. The system has worked great with no issues.

Technician was early and was able to fix the issue quickly. He kept me informed of what was happening throughout .
Agent was fine but no repair until Wednesday. All ready out for over a week and no people available.
If I have a roblem they are quick to help me solve it
