They flattened my flowers doing install and left 50 feet of fiber coiled up on my lawn. They have no regard for your property. Not happy one bit. Update: they are burying the cable!!! Thank you sooooo much!!

Been months and they haven't buried the line yet. I've called 4 times and this last time they showed in the system that the line was buried and it is not. I moved from xfinity because of their poor customer service now I'm betting the same from Mercury which is a shame because their speed is good. If they don't bury the line soon I'm calling back to cancel

They promised we would have internet better than our previous frontier WiFi and will even be better than frontier. Within the past month alone, we have had troubles with our internet going down sooo many times. Our WiFi is also lagging soo much I can’t even play any of my video games with lagging and dying soo much. They are frauds who need to be shut down and have a lawsuit filed on them for the lies they are telling us. At least with frontier, our WiFi didn’t go down at random times, my WiFi didn’t affect my gameplay either. This is BS and I will never trust them again to handle my WiFi.

They came to bury the cable and they destroyed a water pipe for my sprinkler sistem, they covered it with dirt and left, I called it in and they said will send a technician and no call no show , my yard was flooded and still not fixed

Very reliable and fairly inexpensive; great customer service and quick help when needed.
Their response time to outages is so quick everytime. I have only had to make a few service requests. Over the phone and in person their service is excellent!
I've been watching this company for almost a year while I do network research. Their prices are listed as their "lowest ever" when if internet speed is taken into consideration, their prices have jumped about 800% WITHIN A YEAR. I would not recommend a company like this at all.

Every time I call they help with the problem.
Do not let this company into your city. Last Winter they came to my neighborhood area. The people they have hired to install throughout the neighborhoods are not very good. They dug a hole in my yard and did not return for 4 weeks, but hey they put an orange cone down. When they did complete the install, they left garbage in my yard. Half a spool of wire, the card board box it came in and their lunch trash. I also have to repair my lawn, because there solution to a big hole in the ground is to spread the dirt around an area 4 times the size of the hole. Put little to no seed down, but 2 inches thick of straw to cover

Great company, gets things done in a quick way. Lots of help when it doesn’t work.
Change is hard for me and the mercury staff that helped get me hooked up and running were great. It has saved me money over what I was paying for AT&T.
Mercury Fiber. Their customer service was excellent, and the team was very helpful and responsive. A special thanks to Colin Loker in management for taking the time to assist and make sure everything was handled properly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about its customers. Highly recommend!

2/25 – Driver came off the highway, cut me off aggressively, undertook, and slammed on the brakes because there wasn’t enough room ahead—apparently just to get in front of me. If this is representative of the company, I’d avoid.
