Great Mentorship
I found a great mentor and at a very reasonable price. Having someone to bounce ideas off of and learn from is so valuable early on in your career. I would definitely recommend MentorCruise!

Mentorcruise is the best hands down!
Mentorcruise is the best thing that ever happened to me. I'm an advocate of structured mentorship and mentorcruise offers that and much more. I had a goal of working in Europe so I started working with my mentor there. 3 months later and I'm a product designer at a reputable company in Germany. I tried 4 mentors on mentorcruise and all of them were exceptional and unique. I'm currently still taking mentoring sessions with another mentor there as well. I have nothing but great stuff to say about this platform.

They ask me to INCREASE locked fee
They ask me to INCREASE the monthly fee. "Apply now. Lock in this price now!" - they say when you subscribe.

Hey Andrei! Sorry about this experience. As soon as you apply, the price chosen for your current plan IS locked in and never upgraded without your consent.
If a mentor decided that your chosen plan is insufficient in terms of time, calls or support needed, you might get asked to increase your fee. I feel like this is what's happened here. It always ends up being your own choice though.
This is the worst company I have dealt…
This is the worst company I have dealt with. If you are looking for a mentor, never use their service.

We're sad to read this review. You've reached out to over a dozen of mentors on the platform and left 5-star ratings and positive testimonials on the platform.
There was a misunderstanding with pending payments, but our team was prompt to refund payments even beyond our usual policy. Yet, they were met with insults and this review.

Sorry that you felt this way, Rafael. We try to make sure that mentors have enough information about a mentee's goal and background to make an educated decision. If this has not worked here, I'm sorry. We'd love your detailed feedback!
