I am an expert and a customer. The quality of the people in the network is high and I enjoy helping others, whether someone is early in their startup journey or the business is in later stages. Intro’s product is well designed, their support feels like a concierge service, and overall it’s polished.
Small feature request: more messaging features (im sure they’re working on it).
Unlike some of the other reviews, I think their fees are fair. If I use their tool and get a customer through my link, it’s 10%. If they get me a customer, it’s 30-50% depending on whether they used ads to get me the customer. Having spent money on driving customers to my own coaching business, what they charge is more than fair.
