No problem with the ordering.
No problem with the ordering.
I am unaware why my parcel takes such a long time to come. Not here until the 30th August.
It would have been helpful if an explanation was given to say why it takes so long.

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for your review. In terms of the delay it is visible on the website when ordering that this headboard has a backlog, stating the earliest available date for delivery. This is due to an external supplier issue with the manufacturer and is something out of our control unfortunately. Thanks for your patience, however, it is very much appreciated.
Many Thanks,

Be careful when choosing delivery days
Be careful when choosing delivery days. I chose a Saturday and at the last minute at the online checkout the price jumped £45. I had to contact to have it removed and change the delivery day.
Service was fine otherwise a d delivery as per stated time/daye

Hi Stuart, Thanks for the review. I can clarify that the Saturday delivery charge is prompted at multiple stages when processing an order, I do apologise if this wasn't clear enough. Our web team will be looking into this to make it clearer going forward. Glad you managed to get this removed and had the date changed to suit.
Many Thanks,

Love our new mattress
I recently purchased a new mattress for my son and we’re very happy with it. He assures it’s comfortable and supportive. Absolutely brilliant service from the company, from offering me advice, ease of ordering and the delivery team arriving on time. Great experience over all and would definitely recommend.

Online delivery date not reliable
Booked on the basis delivery would have been Tuesday 2nd May, only to be called half hour later telling me I had missed the date and the only option was the next day. Nice to be called, disappointed with making online decisions based on the delivery options. Apart from that the delivery went ahead as planned.
