My new Magfast phone case is awesome. I can now charge my phone better that with other cases that say they do the same thing!

Worth the wait. So it’s a lot of worth, but yes I get the most superior in charging from my Database Pro and the Lux Pro cables in all the colors. They are definitely the best and most powerful charging devices I’ve ever owned. It’s why I keep coming back to Magfast over and over. Plus they make the best gifts.

Charger case not working in vehicle i purchased it for use in
Car is putting message that something ( your case) slowing down charging ,remove it check phone settings or owner manual.
My regular case was charging phone but slowly,( why i got yours).
I emailed for a return label and refund on the shipping.
Was told I need to pay return shipping 😆. Why would I pay return shipping,send you back your case,to get refunded my original shipping?
Your associate was rude stating item is not defective so not under warranty. Therefore if i wanted my $6.81 shipping refunded I can pay what ever shipping cost send you your case for refund. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄

The products I've received so far are great! Remember to register your product as soon as you get it or it is extremely difficult to get it registered if you need to get a replacement. The tip came off my original product and it took over 2 months and many emails to get a warranty replacement. I am still waiting for other products that are one their way as part of an investor perk and I will never receive other products that were promised as part of investor perks.

To me, MAGFAST has improved quite a bit in both products, quality, customer service, dedication. The new products are excellent and really do give you the best Bang for your buck. The quality is exceptional as well as their Customer Service. If something is not just right they go out of their way to make things right in their heavy workload. Their dedication is outstanding. I have been through every investment campaign with MAGFAST and I have never been disappointed. All the PRO products are great. But when I finally received my colorful Lux Pro Rainbow pack, I was ecstatic. The rainbow never looked so good. Wahidah Seraaj, Maple Grove, MN. Don't let anyone tell youth interest comes only from youngsters, because I am 80 years old and I have been told I am a Tech junkie.

The products seem nice so far, I do have a problem with one of the air pros that I wrote you all about but I still have no response as usual. Communication with you all is not easy. The link for verification of address does not work and it is so hard to get responses. I wish it weren’t the case because I prefer to speak highly, but right now I cannot.

I have been purchasing Magfast products for several years now and I can honestly say that they are fantastic. In the very beginning, when Magfast was just getting started, production was slow keeping up with orders. But things have really improved since then. Not to mention that Magfast continues to innovate and create new products that are top of the line. I have gifted LuxPro cables to friends and relatives who love them as much as I do. The quality of Magfast products is unmatched… they not only look good, they function even better. The Database Pro is outstanding. There’s nothing better out there that is comparable.
I know some effusive reviews are suspect if they sound like they were written by the company. This is an honest review from a real user. I’ve been with company from the beginning and wouldn’t still be if I weren’t completely satisfied.

I have purchased multiple products from Magfast over the last decade and the reason is simple, they work! From their very first wall charger, which I still use to their latest Air Pro and Lux Pro charger stand and cables, the build quality is superb and the product’s performance is excellent. Yes their sales approach can be annoying and phony sounding, but the products are the genuine article and worth the price you pay.

I am an investor as well as a customer of this business. They have had challenges , like all start ups have, but have met them successfully and have really come into their own.
Their products are incredibly well made, not those cheap plastic things that fall apart in no time. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of their charging cords and now with the new charging station. I can charge all our phones and other devices without searching for a number of open outlets. I’m excited for this next step in charging . Great job!

I got a Clear Cut case for my Samsung S24 Ultra. Very good quality. It has a very slight feel of a grip which is great because I am a phone dropper. Also, I can now use a power charge because it is a mag case. It is just perfect for me

I got the iPhone 15 pro max case. I have gotten so many MagSafe cases but none would actually charge my phone with the case on, I love that this case really does charge through the case. It’s clear so you still see the color of your phone. It’s also a very durable hard case. Was really fast shipment. I am going to buy more products from magfast because I do feel it’s a trustworthy company.

Magfast has incredible products, and unlike in the past, you don’t have to wait for years or months to get them. What they offer they usually deliver in a week.

Product doesn’t fit need the correct size

All the new products I have received so far have been great. I have the air pro, database pro, both connected to the power brick pro with a lux pro cable. I have also recently received the rainbow pack of lux pro cables and these are all great they look and feel nice work as you would expect. I already have purchased more products that I highly am anticipating receiving once available and will continue to buy new products as they are available thank you.

The new Magfast Gen 2 products are really outstanding quality! I've been a supporter for the last 3-4 years through the first round of products that mostly never came, but the company did make the original customers whole by offering us MagBucks to use on the next products. I was truly skeptical but hung in there and low and behold, they came through with great 1st generation products. Now they're on the 2nd Gen products which are far superior to anything else on the market. The database Pro connects everything on your desktop, the new Lux cables ahave incredibly fast data transfer speeds, the Air Pro sits on my desk and can charge every portable device I use AT THE SAME TIME, and the PowerBrick plugs into the wall with 4 charging ports. They've done it! They've created all the charging devices you will ever need! I highly recommend these products!

I won't use any other brand for charging my iPad, phone, or anything else that requires the USB-C connection. MAGFAST air is superb in terms of a charging station, that not only charges 3 devices at a time, but also looks amazingly cool on my desktop.
