Just got my case. Cleaned my iPhone 16 and slapped it in the new case. The fit is nice and snug. Buttons all line up perfectly and function exactly as intended and needed. Also appreciate that the case is crystal clear. What difference does it make to have great colors if the case is going to hide that.

I just received more of my second generation products. All that I can say is Wow! To give you some perspective, I have been a Magfast supporter and customer from the beginning. I waited what seemed like an eternity for my first generation products. I was there for the chargers, the aluminum suitcases, and the cables. Everything I received exceeded my expectations, every time. I was frustrated, like everyone else, with delivery times, but the communication and regular updates got me through it. When I got my products, I was pleased, impressed, and always felt rewarded for my patience. Fast forward to now. The Airpro, database pro, powerbrick pro, and pro cables are absolutely beautiful. They function like nothing else on the market. MagFast has set the bar of excellence for the entire charging industry. I’m so glad that I stuck with them and am proud to be part of the family.

P. S. They finally got their production and delivery times under control. Give them a try. You won’t regret it.

Magfast gen 2 products are beautiful and functional. Very happy with my purchase

I didn’t know how to really explain this, but I can only say that Magfast has been an upstanding company that has supplied me with everything I’ve ordered since my first experience with them back in 2019 I think is when I first started with them. I knew that there could be a wait to start receiving anything from Magfast. I was patient enough and ordered my first order of 5 LUX cables on November 27 2022. Being a Canadian customer, shipping could take a while, which I knew, dealing with several companies in the US. When I received them I was gobsmacked because they felt silky smooth. My next order was an Extreme with battery cables and a Life on March 24, 2023. This was a fantastic item that could charge more than one phone at the same time, plus the additional Life charger that not only could charge another phone but could be taken with you in case you needed extra power.

I was so taken with the LUX cables, I ordered 7 more throughout 2023 in both versions. I then ordered a Magfast Air for my wife in May of ‘23 and the fact that they were all magnetic was a bonus thus the name Magfast.

When they were having some difficulty, I wasn’t sure what was happening, but again, I was patient. I trusted them to come back. I was never in the position to become a shareholder, but if they did come back, then I would be a dedicated customer and hopefully order more products because I thought the idea of the magnetic connection was a terrific idea.

Sure enough, they did come back with a completely brilliant set of terrific chargers. I immediately jumped in and ordered 2 of the beautiful new Air Pros. These heavyweights are so terrific, they not only made excellent chargers for 3 phones or whatever, but they make wonderful pieces of art in my opinion. I also ordered 2 of the Power Brick Pros, 2 Pro LUX cables, 1 Database Pro, and 2 of the great new Clear Cut cases. These new cases are far superior to any of the other cases I’ve bought previously, and I’ve gone through several of them for all my IPhones I’ve purchased. When I was finally able to purchase more Magfast products, I ordered another Clear Cut case, then, because I truly thought they were beautifully made, I ordered 2 more LUX Pro cables and another incredible Air Pro, but because the other two Air Pros had the Database Pro under them, well I just had to put one under this new Air Pro. This last order, was placed on May the 5th,and I received it on May 15th. That is one amazingly fast shipping time, but come to think of it, most of the other orders took very little time in receiving. To Canada of all things.

In addition to all of these orders that were placed and received, I want to give kudos to the awesome people in Customer Service. I’m not the smartest brick in the wall, so at a few times I needed help from someone who could make me understand some things. Seymour, I really want you to know that Marko helped me out last week with something that I was having difficulty with. Not only did he reply quite quickly but took the time write down a complete set of instructions that would help clear up the confusion that I was having. He didn’t have to do all that but he made sure everything was completely made to understand. I really want to thank him for that. He’s not the only one, Joelle, Marla, and of course Kate have been quite instrumental in giving help when help was needed, but, sometimes I’m beyond help most of the time anyway.

So, to all those naysayers who have given Magfast bad reviews, how is my fantastic ordering and receiving everything that I’ve placed not showing great performance from Magfast. I think one thing that has helped is to just have patience. I deal with a couple of other companies that do the same thing and take pre-orders. Sometimes it’s taken a year or more for the company to finally have the product in hand to deliver. They need to know how much input into the manufacturing they need to start the process. If they only get a few dozen pre-orders and the cost to produce the item outweighs the return they will get, then it’s not worth the effort to make the item. If the company just goes ahead and make a few hundred items and only get a handful of customers, then the company will no doubt not survive. Sometimes the process can take quite a while to come up with a great product, the final development is not just a quick Bobs your uncle it’s done, there’s often difficulty in finalising the product to reach the decision that the manufacturer is looking for.

Seymour, I personally think you have created a magnificent set of charging tools that are not just a charger, but something you or I can be pleased to be shown to others. Thank you and everyone at Magfast for a great and beautiful charger.

I was very impressed when I opened my box with all my Lux Pro cables and the Air Pro founders edition, and the Powerbrick Pro. They are absolutely gorgeous! I love all the colors of the Lux pro cables. They are so smooth and really stand out. Everything works great and I am so happy with my order. Well worth the wait!

Their customer service is great. Their products are great quality and live up to the hype. They are truly the most innovative charging products I have seen.

I am flabbergasted that the offer of a FREE mag case actually worked and I received it. Considering the volume of requests that you must have received from this offering, I'm so impressed with the speed of delivery.
Thank you so much for the beautiful case. I've been wanting a case like this but never bothered to buy one myself. I see so many people using a mag case and now I'll be able to use all the great tools that work with it. The case itself is so well-made and I'm sure it will probably last longer than the phone that's in it.

I love my new case! I love that I am now able to charge wireless without ugly cords being visible.
I also love the fact that they plant a tree for every single product they sell. This is the only Earth we have, lets take care of it.

The quality has always been and is above everything else, even down to the packaging and shipping. So very worth waiting for. I truly struggle to afford this high end ,long lasting, quality but so many have helped me feel peace and joy in my life my heart signs to give Magfast as a thank you that I can't find words to truly say.

The products are great. However, the communication needs a lot of improvement. I couldn't get a straight answer on shipping.

I so dislike the non transparency that came to light when MagFast began to give out bonuses for our new preorders that included products from the old inventory that we were informed we wouldn’t be receiving because of the issues with manufacturing and distribution. These old products were outdated because of the industry’s new standards and MagFast told us that they were
moving to company forward to meet the latest technologies and therefore we would get credits from MagFast for our old preorders that we hadn’t and wouldn’t be receiving, only for some of those old products to show up as a bonus for new purchases which definitely made these older products obsolete. Only to be told that we could give them away to other people as gifts.

I also don’t like making new preorders only to once again receive partial deliveries of my orders after being told that the old ways of placing and receiving our preorders was changing so the past would not be repeated. When this totally looks and feels like déjà vu.

I have some of the original products which work well and pack a punch- the improvements to the design were needed and I am looking forward to receiving my Passports as the wireless magnetic charging is needed in these designs, it is a shame that the new designs do complement the old ones as it was designed as a stackable system which is now not stackable.
I have some problems with my Database Pro- it can’t support my usb camera and printer. Even after trouble shooting I was told “This is most likely a connection/negotiation state issue that can sometimes happen with advanced hubs like the Database Pro.” Just a note Magfast - I don’t have the problem going back to my old non powered usb dongle.
In summary I am a long time supporter and continue to be so. The products are generally good quality and do what they say.

After a very hard start and re structure MAGFAST is back and up and running with generation 2 shipping. I have received many of the products under the original development program and must say my faith has been restored and the products are great. Time to get back on board with MAGFAST

I really like the heavyweight of the system as far as it holding place when putting the phone or other items on and removing them from the charger. It seems to power the devices quite well and quickly.

My only complaint is on the power brick. Like all designs I have seen to date, the unit, when plugged in, extends out the plug a considerable distance. Then, with the power cable to the stand, it extends even further. I would recommend the designers to try to design one where the wall power plug folds out from the wide side of the block so it sits flat to the plug. The cord to the stand would stay on the end as well so the cords would lay flatter to the wall.

The power block is the only reason I would not give a 5 star review if I could but it doesn’t deserve a 4 star rating. Perhaps a 4.9 instead.

The only negative on the Lux Pro cable is the bulk for coiling it up but that is expected due to the quantity of internal cables to do the functions involved.

I highly recommend this product overall if you want a high quality item. I know the cost is higher than competing products but you get a higher quality product as well.

It took a while but the MagFast products are all top of the line as are the customer service and corporate communications.
