MAGFAST continues to deliver exceptional quality, reliability, and beauty in their charging equipment. I won't use any other brand for charging my iPad, phone, or anything else that requires the USB-C connection. MAGFAST air is superb in terms of a charging station, that not only charges 3 devices at a time, but also looks amazingly cool on my desktop.

We have learned that "good things come to those who wait." MAGFAST has proven that to be true. I began my customer relationship back in June of 2018. Here we are now in May of 2025. MAGFAST has had a difficult time getting their products to market. I sensed there was greatness in the MAGFAST reality. I have received my initial products. These products were spectacular. Now Gen 2 products are being delivered. I just received a box of the products I have purchased and I can tell you these new Gen2 products make Gen 1 products look pale. Gen 2 products are far past spectacular. These new designs are EXTRAORDINARY! I am blown away. I invested in MAGFAST three times and believe it was well with the weight. Thank you for your transparency.

Got my new Gen2 Life Pro, Database Pro, Power Brink Pro 140 and the new Lux Pro. I cannot be more pleased. Charging my iPhone is so much more easy and fast. It looks great by my chair in the living room and is now one of those appliances you just take for granted because it is just so convenient and reliable.

I just started to use the many connections available on the Database Pro with my laptop. So far it has been easy to connect multiple accessories.

I am looking forward to getting my new Time iPhone charger and Passport Battery I pre-ordered. AS they all connect to the Life Pro at the same time, Daily charging of my devices is going to get a lot simpler.

I will be installing similar setups downstairs and possibly in other areas to make my life easier.

Love the quality, design, and attention to detail the Magfast has put into these products. Just plain love them.

It’s not bulky and brings out the natural color of my iPhone 17

I’ve been using the Gen2 AirPro for a month or so now, and I’m really impressed. It’s so easy to just pop my phone or AirPods onto one of the Qi charging pads, that it’s become a habit when I enter the room.

I also LOVE the new multi color Lux Pro cables! Fast charging, silky smooth, and the VERY convenient USB A adapter with the slot for the Cable Tie are just whipped cream on a luscious sundae!

This company makes and delivers the product I think in the world. There is no better equipment than MagFas. I love this company and will buy all my charging products from MagFast. MabFast, thanks for being the best in the world.

MAGFAST is alive and well! It's been a long wait, but the products are AWESOME! Whatever you need is there NOW or coming soon! Multiple devices can be accommodated with the new AIRPRO device for wireless charging, as long as they have Qi2 in their back. Power it with MAGFAST 140W power brick! If you don't have a magnetic case, try the flat surface with your current case, as that has worked for a few of my friends to whom I have gifted MAGFAST products. The Data Base Pro is EXCITING, versatile, and useful, especially as a docking station for powering a laptop with the MAGFAST POWER BRICK and 240W LUX PRO CABLES. Wow! I've waited a long time, but it was worth it! POWER ON MAGFAST!

I received most all of my preorders Tuesday 5-7-2026. It felt like I had hit the Mother Lode of MagFast. The rainbow selection of Luxe Pro cables were inspiring as they’re not your usual run of the mill color scheme. They are as soft in look as they are in feel. They are a heavyweight in cable. I unboxed the heart and sole of my newly delivered MagFast treasures next Air Pro, Database Pro and Power Pro. I’ll tell you the packaging boxes are so nice I don’t want to give them to the trash man. The first thing I did with each new item is register them with the unique “Fingerprint” serial number. There are reminders stickers on the equipment itself so you can’t miss out on the Lifetime Warranty & all features. It is quick and very easy when you just take a picture with your phone camera it takes you right to the website.
Back to my treasures. Everything coming out of the boxes was beautiful to the eye and heavy. The poor UPS guy practically busted a hernia bringing in the boxes. I love it all as it sits on my table. My faith in Seymour and MagFast has been restored. It was a long hard slog getting here however patience is a virtue and in this case it paid off in spades. I couldn’t be more pleased. Now I can collect all the IOUs I gave friends and family this past Christmas. I’m sure they will be as pleased as I was to receive these heavyweights of the industry as well. Happy Charging!!!

The magnet is very strong, and I really like the sleek, slender design. I would have preferred a different color option, as the clear material may show dirt over time. My phone has already taken a fall while using it, and I’m happy to report there were no cracks or chips. So far, it’s holding up great!

Recently recieved my phone case. I have no complaints. Excellent product, works great and looks good.

Their second generation technology is absolutely amazing. Database Pro allows you to access every and all devices in one central location powered by air pro gives you three magnetic charging sites. That is a monster of a beast. Heavy will not move , beautiful design and function. With 140 W charging all your devices charge at their maximum rates. Not starving for power or slow recharge. Couple both with the Luxe pro cables, silky smooth, non-angling it makes a perfect trifecta. I can’t wait for their next products coming down the line. I love the companies change and not selling products until it’s in the warehouse for distribution. This cuts a lot of the frustration Gen 1 Backers felt. I’m not just a customer, but also an investor. Seymour and his staff has nothing but skyward trajectory on sales and products coming down the line. A MUST have on any desk or night stand.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Magfast that I feel people should be aware of.

This company aggressively markets their products and pushes for both customers and investors, yet they consistently promote items that are not even in stock. I personally purchased multiple products, and not all of them were ever delivered.

What’s even more concerning is their so-called “lifetime warranty.” It sounds great on paper, but in reality, it has not been honored. I have faulty and broken items that should clearly be covered, yet I’ve received no support whatsoever.

I’ve reached out multiple times via email to Seymour, Kate, and their customer service channels, and have received no response. Not even an acknowledgment. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I didn’t just buy products, I also invested in the company twice. That makes this even more disappointing. As both a customer and an investor, I expected a basic level of accountability and transparency, and I’ve received neither.

At this point, I’m done staying quiet. I am still waiting for:

* My warranty to be honored on defective products
* A refund for items that were never shipped

Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Buyers and potential investors should proceed with extreme caution.

I have 3 products that I have ordered from Magfast. First I ordered the original Lux cable, which broke. I may have accidently pulled on it so hard. Seymore had said that they would replace cables at a cheaper price. It appeared that he never told that to customer service though. After 2 weeks of emailing back and forth they did replace it for free, but it really wasn't worth the hassle of emailing for 2 weeks. Then there was the clear cut case, which looked cheap and did not look like it would protect a phone from dropping, and got thrown away. Last weekend, I got the database pro using $78 worth of magbucks since they were unable to deliver product and cancelled the whole line of products. It does have a good weight to it, which is why I have dropped it twice now. Their build quality did survive the drops both times. It appears you do have to use the provided short cable, which I wish was longer. I could not get it to connect properly to an external monitor using another cord, including their lux cord. Finally using the short included cable it worked. I was hoping that the output 140W output would be able to be used as a charger for my battery bank, however my battery bank only sees it as an input, not an output. All of the ports worked. However, I did expect the 15W port to properly power my external monitor that only needs 7.5W output to work at full brightness. So alas, I had to use my battery bank to power it. The ethernet port did well, transferring an over 500 mbps download, and over 900 mpbs upload speeds. Overall I guess I was still expecting too much from Magfast. Someday they may actually wow me, but I am getting tired of Seymore creating expectations that they can not live up to. And saying the new battery is the first one that can charge wirelessly is not true either. I sent the link to an old one that did, and yet they continue to say it is a first. Oh well, that is how Seymore has been for over 7 years when I started watching his shows, I suppose that will never change. The fact that the Database Pro mostly works up to expectations is the only reason I am giving them three stars.

Edit: I did get it to correctly power up my external monitor using the 15W a different day.

The products are great, but it would be even better if your support team were available to give responses quicker for the occasional tweaks that are initially needed.

I have 20 products from Magfast and these products (all of them) are by far the best charging products I have ever bought ever!!! The second generation products I received and have been using for 2 months are amazing, better than advertised and again better than anything I have ever purchased, used or seen.

I have no idea if I am the exception or the rule. But I waited about 5 months to have an "in stock" item ship. That was the Mag Fast Air. Nothing new. It took several complaint emails to finally get it shipped.

It is a decent magnetic charger when it works. I put my phone on and it shows a good connection. Then it randomly stops charging. I replace the phone again and it fully charges the phone. It is not a reliable item so far. I have another one that I purchased that hopefully will work better or my wife won't appreciate her new present.

Case fits chi wirelesperfectly and I love the fact that it allows for chi wireless!

I invested in Magfast when they first started, it has been a few years waiting for products, but I have recently started getting my 2nd generation Magfast products and let me tell you is was worth the wait. I have invested multiple times throughout the years. I do have a bundle from the 1st generation and though it was not everything I ordered they worked great. I recently as this past week I have invested again because I truly believe in this product and I know just about every household will have at least 1 product from Magfast in the future.
It is hard to describe just how much better the quality of every product Magfast sells is then anything else that is out there. Look through the website and know what they clame is true for all of it.
