Definitely worth the wait!!!! I can understand the frustration of not getting something when you want it but I am happy to wait for this level of quality and attention to detail. Can't wait to see what is to come. Customer for life.

The package was similar to what I expected but only a part of what I was promised years ago, what do I need to do to receive the remaining packages?
The quality is above average and similar to previous items I purchased and received years after I was expecting this product!
My Daughters were the original recipients but I gave other gifts to replace them as I promised them gifts years ago

Well, I’ve been with Magfast since 2021
Although in the beginning, that was a bit of turmoil with production and shipping and there’s been the evolution from Jen one GEN two there is no other company on the planet that supersede their products. The quality is second to none. The performance is so far and above the Norm decades from now they’ll still be trying to catch up.
If Magfast ever handles their internal admin issues and their conditions, they’re gonna become a multi billion dollar corporation they just need to understand the conditions and the laws of the universe of business which I don’t think they quite understand yet, but they are learning
However, their integrity and their forthrightness keeps them moving forward and for anyone who is fortunate enough to be a customer that’s a great thing

MAGFAST has made some stumbles over the last couple of years but has been totally transparent about their supply chain issues and timelines. Their products are extremely well designed, use first rate materials, and work exactly as advertised. They have sought to produce best in class products and have succeeded.

I am very impressed with the second generation products Air Pro, Power Brick Pro, Lux Pro, and the Data Base Pro. MAGFAST does not skimp when it comes to quality and workmanship. I am anxious to see the colored Lux Pro cables that are on their way to me and cannot wait until Time is available!! Great products!!

When I received my Magda’s lux usb cable I tried it right away after I registered them . I charge my cellphone and went fast amazing and love it. This has more fast charge then my other white cable when u all started. I am just happy also I finally got my products. Thank you

They are not an honorable company. They did a fund raising and promised items in return in investing in them and then took years to start delivering the products and delay further by saying that because I chose to get the one time limited Green edition color, it's going to take longer to get to production - only for them to just say sorry - we cannot deliver on their unfilled orders & promises and just refuse to honor the commitment. Then have the edacity to ask for forgiveness and just start all over. Meanwhile, they are traveling all over the world and coming up with new products vs making good to those who gave thousands willingly so to be part of the journey of a great charging system. It's all been a scam other than the cables which are good - but NOT great - I have over 6 out of 10 of them not working anymore after a year. And now they come out with yet another. They lack the focus and honorability of a company to be asking for our business. Don't be fooled!

Frankly, I no longer trust anything Seymour says regarding his products and when they will be delivered. I have been burned repeatedly by his false promises and pie-in-the-sky products that turn out to be vaporware. My latest order, which I placed in October 2025, was supposed to be on a container that would allow them to ship the product just after Christmas 2025. As of May 2026, I have gotten only one piece of that order, an iPhone case, but have gotten no reply from customer support regarding the status of the rest of my order. Seymour said things were going to be different now! He said he was not going to sell products that were not already available or shipping soon. 7 months and nothing to show for it is neither keeping with that promise nor any bit of a change from my previous experience! I am done falling for the empty promises. I will NOT be recommending Magfast in the future and I will purchase products from companies that actually deliver in a timely manner. I don't care if Seymour claims to invent a machine that spits out gold bars! The only reason I gave 2 stars is that the products that I have gotten are actually good. But there has been far more vaporware than products from this company.

I couldn't believe how solid and heavy the products are. They aren't cheap material. It is well worth the wait. You won't regret it. Love it, Love it, Love it...

I have finally gotten my hands on part of my pre-ordered products from MAGFAST precisely Lux Pro. The product came in various beautiful colors. It is thicker than the original Lux in an outstanding but simpler packaging. The cable though thicker retains the MAGFAST signature suppleness. I have tried it and it is relatively faster than the original lux but I am eagerly waiting to receive the wall charger and the Lux ultra that I had also pre-ordered. Overall, MAGFAST has come of age. I am indeed proud of the new Lux Pro.

This case is great! I'm not sure how durable it is yet, but I've only had it a few days now and it makes charging a breeze.

The phone case came in a timely manner. It's a pretty solid case. Fits my phone perfectly. Def enjoy the case.

Great quality product. Clear case, not too thick to use with my wireless charger, fits snugly and took less than two seconds to put my new case on. Very pleased with the case.

I product was custom fit to my Galaxy 24 ultra. Nice and sleek. I love it and hope you do more colors.

I have received everything I have ordered except for my choices of the extra color cables. I am happy and will be patient waiting for those.
