The package has been received. The Lux Pro is very classy. The touch is very soft and classy. Charging is very fast. The colors are very attractive. And it looks like it will be very durable because the raw materials and workmanship are very good. Highly recommended to use Magfast Lux Pro.

First of all, I have to say the packaging is top class. It was truly like receiving a gift! I have always been a fan of Magfast since I first saw their products. I wanted to invest in the company, but I just could not afford it. I was finally able to purchase a beautiful Lux cable and Power box. Believe me when I say, Seymour is telling the actual truth when he talks about the Magfast products. They are solid and classy, would fit nicely in anyone's home. The cables are soft and buttery, strong and quickly charges my phone. The cable also came with an adapter for "C" end of the cable. The power brick has 140W, 3 USB-C and 1 USB- A. I truly don't need anything else for a fast charge on my phone or other devices. I will be buying more cables to give as gifts and also the chargers are world class. They are also protected with fingerprint, Lifetime warranty, lifetime lost and found. I couldn't go wrong!

I purchased luggage from them, they never produced them and gave me credit for future purchases. However, I still have to spend more money to use my credit. I would purchase more items, but I've already spent too much money on things I never received.

Placed my order 12/3/2023 and FINALLY received it yesterday 6/27/2026!! They wouldn't cancel my order and give me a refund either! Anytime I emailed requesting an update, I got a form email back saying that they were still working on it! OVER 2 YEARS!!

Product delivered on time in great condition. Customer service was spot on and the quality of these cables can't be beat.

The case was very solid/sturdy. Phone took a tumble down 4 flights of stairs and both case and phone are perfectly fine. It’s like a rubbery feel on the sides then the poly carbonate plate on the back is easy to clean and doesn’t show finger prints easy. Warranty registration was LITERALLY as easy as scanning a QR code on the box and it did it for me! Shipping didn’t take long either! Happy customer now, and I will be a happy customer again in the future when I purchase my next product from them!

I ordered these Lux Pro cables 2-3 years ago... I don't even know anymore because I gave up any hope of ever getting them. I have stopped following the saga of MAGFAST company.

I just received 5 of them in their array of colors... However, the "Fingerprint" registration is not working on the very first one!

I give them 2 stars only becuase the cable seems to be of nice quality.

I finally received my Lux cables I purchased close to two years ago. The original Magfast chargers that were advertised as the last chargers a person would ever need was bunk, Magfast is now selling Magfast 2.0. I'm so done with Magfast.

Customer service is horrid! Emails go weeks or even months before getting a response even after several follow-up emails! This continues to happen on multiple issues and correspondence.

Products are decent, but very delayed in shipping.

We were told when the company got restructured that you would not sell anything you did not have in your warehouse. And we’re still waiting months to get shipments because they’re not in a warehouse. They’re still getting manufactured. When the stuff gets here it’s good but you’re still slow at getting it out.

Magfast continues to be straight forward on their shipping times. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I am still waiting for this company to be able to have people order and have the items ship within a few days. Also, I emailed about jumper cables for my Extreme and although I got a fairly quick response and they had what I needed, I still haven't gotten any shipping information on the cables.

Having said that, I am VERY please with the quality of the products that I have received (Data Pro, Powerbrick, Air Pro and Lux Pro). I will have no problems ordering new products

I did receive my Founders Edition Air Pro charger, Data Base, and Power Block with charging cord. The quality was so much more than I had hoped for! I love them! I would totally recommend them! Fantastic product.

It took a while to get things that were pre-ordered. The tracking information shows that the new LUX cables were supposed to be shipped under the same tracking number as the power brick. I got the power brick but not the 10 cables on May 20,2026. I sent an email to them and got a reply back quickly. I was told they are very busy trying to answer emails and would address my concern soon. I got another order with 5 LUX cables a few days later. The colors are nice. I ordered the clear phone case for my phone. I like it so I ordered one for a friend because the car he had literally fell apart in his pocket. I still have a few more orders that I'm still waiting for. I have not been disappointed with any of the products I have gotten. I gave them a4 star rating because I still need to address the issue of the missing cables.

After two weeks of using the lux pro cable in whit the gold end started to come lose from the end. contacted Mag fast for a replacement still waiting to hear back when if there going to replace it

Amazing products but the waiting is ridiculous

The new color cables are beautiful and very smooth to the touch. It’s quality I’ve never seen in charging devices.

I absolutely love the feel of the classic and the new Lux cables. They are stylish and fast to charge too. Definitely worth the extra money.

This is my second wireless charger.
Biggest thing is that the other one I got from AutoZone had the back melting from the heat coming from the charger. This Air Pro will never overheat as has a hard metal case unlike cheap plastic devices.

It still works but I like this magfast Air Pro that will hold on to my phone with even stronger magnet. It's also so easy to just pull my phone off and the air pro never moves.

And also looking forward to the future as they also put magnets on the bottom so that way I can stick it to a desk or a car somewhere and it will never move as long as it's connected to metal
