Shipping was fast, the case fit perfectly, buttons lined up exactly and worked perfectly, heck, I didn't even know that I had a case on my phone!

Well, I finally got the products I ordered back in December and they are great! The Air Pro is a wonderful charger for up to 3 phones, as long as they have the wireless coil in their back. The Air Pro is heavy and that keeps it on my nightstand, it doesn't come off the table when I remove the phone. It also seems to charge faster with its 140 watts.
I got two Powerbrick Pro 140s and they are very useful. They can charge my iPad, my phone and even older devices with a Type A USB. In fact it has 4 slots to plug devices in and it gives out a lot of power. I have one in my office and one at my bedside for the Air Pro and my razor.
I also got three of the Lux Pro cables, a white, a red and a yellow one. I like the colors, I like their length and flexibility. They are quite a bit thicker and heavier than the original Lux cables, of which I have several. I think I like the older ones better because they are lighter, coil in a tighter space and so far work just as well for me.

I would have been a 5-star except I can not charge my watch because of the watch band. Please figure out a way to charge the watch with bands attached. Thanks

I received my Pixel 9 Pro clear case and I am very impressed with the quality. It fits perfectly, all cutouts align exactly and the grip is impressive. I am very happy with the product and service from MAGFAST.

I was shipped what appears to be a used product. I’ve been a pleased user and investor of Magfast products since day one. Strangely, my product was shipped from (return address) a “lawn maintenance company” in Virginia! I know this service is NOT up to Magfast standards and is most likely an anomaly. I am certain Magfast will make this transaction good in the end, and satisfy the enduring excellence of their products in the end.

My over-all experience? Horrible. I've waited 3 years or more for them to finally get here. I've invested (minimally) and kept hoping. I received my magbucks for the 1st Gen losses, only to find they are only worth half of what I purchase. Nice, but, IMHO, a slick way to mitigate THEIR loss. I bought these items in September for, what was intimated, would be christmas gifts. I received them this past week (last week of May). That being said. The products are great. Exactly as advertised. I hope, in future, IF I decide to order more items, there is a much more expedient process of fulfillment.

Shipping took a few weeks. That seemed perfectly normal. Got the case, wasn’t sure what to expect. The simplicity of the case and ease of it snapping on are great. It gives the phone a super clean look, the grip is fine and the magnetic all like up great.

The product was exactly as they described. It came in a few days. Web site was easy to navigate.

The Powerbrick Pro and Lux Pro combo is by far the most powerful/quickest way to charge my phone.

Have been a supporter of Magfast from the “before times” was impressed with their product line, disappointed by the problems faced with Gen1 but took advantage of Magbucks and ordered multiple units in Gen2 line. I was impressed with the quality, design and packaging when the products arrived. All the products lived up to their descriptions and were better in person than the pictures in the presentation- seeing is definitely better than believing! I was extremely impressed with all the products- it wasn’t just hype but actual quality and design functionality. My Lux cables order just arrived recently and everything I mentioned previously holds true for them also! I’m thoroughly impressed with all the products, became an investor during the last launch and really looking forward to the new lineup getting into my hands! Thank you Magfast Team!!

I ordered 2 rainbow packs and got 1 rainbow pack and 5 Seafoam greens, one can only assume that they ran out of all the other colors but Seafoam green and complete the order with all that color, as there was no message or otherwise telling me why I didn't get what I ordered.

I’m thrilled to finally utilize wireless charging technology, and I’m so impressed with how well MAGFAST has equipped me with a perfect set of well-made, dependable hardware and cables.

The quality of product. They are everything you said they would be. I am using them exclusively.

The items actually arrived sooner than I expected although in the past items appeared to not be manufactured until after the were ordered. This has always been my complaint only with Magfast. The products are great, but the delivery of them has been terrible. If the shipping was speeded up, it would be very hard for anyone to compete with Magfast.

Magfast products are as advertised. They are excellent! However, their time from conception to delivery is atrocious. They would be wise to advertise closer to delivery and they would sell just as many products as they do now by advertising 6, 9, 12, or even 15 months from advertised introduction to delivery.

I love the products. Even the gen 1 products. And I'm blown away by the quality of everything.
Took one star off because there doesn't seem to be any package tracking ability. I get an alert that an order is confirmed or on the way, but I have not seen any functionality that would allow me to actually know when to expect the order.
But as far as being happy with what I've received so far, I couldn't be happier. I didn't even know my phone had a Super Fast Charging mode.

I finally received my products after waiting 1.5 years. I almost gave up on them. That being said, I must admit that the Lux pro system is amazing. It feels heavy in your hand and can hold the weight of a couple phones at once. The LUX cables are beyond amazing. I have one that’s already two years old that I bought and it is working as good as new to this day. I plan on giving the colored Lux cables out as gifts. I the only thing I wish the Lux pro did was have the Apple Watch charger. I would like to get my hands on one of those impossible overall fantastic products. I wish more people knew about them and would buy them.

Patience paid off. I had ordered the multicolored LUX cords quite awhile ago and finally had the pleasure of receiving them along with a Powerbrick Pro 140.

I was finally going to be getting all my previous preorders and perks after trading several emails with customer service but when it arrived only a small part of my order. It was disappointing. Now waiting for a response again about what happened. The Lux cables are amazing and I love them and love giving as gifts. I liked the gen 1 products but really want the gen 2 products even more!
I’m an investor so I want to believe that MAGFAST will make it right!
