Madison Hill provides professionally managed serviced apartments and temporary accommodation in Balham, Clapham and across South West London. Since 2011, we have provided comfortable, fully furnished homes for short and extended stays.
Our apartments are particularly suited to families, business travellers and people needing a temporary home while relocating, renovating or managing an insurance claim. We also welcome guests visiting London for medical treatment, work or an extended family stay.
Every Madison Hill apartment is managed directly by our small, experienced team—no call centres and no third-party property managers. Guests benefit from responsive personal support, well-equipped kitchens, interim cleaning and practical extras such as cots and work-from-home equipment. Many of our homes are also pet friendly.
Our homes are well-equipped and ready for all types of extended stays: emergency accommodation, business relocations, corporate housing.

Great service, personal touch
Madison Hill is a very helpful and welcoming host. They were flexible around my travel plans, including on my late arrival. They are very contactable and were quick to respond on my queries. On arrival I received a booklet of helpful information about the area for my stay, which was a nice touch and made my stay even better. I’d fully recommend a stay with this host.

The flat is exactly as depicted on Booking.Com. Quality of furnishings, white goods, kitchenware were good. Arrival and departures were well communicated and easy.

We have been renting flats from Madison Hill for a few years now and we have always been very satisfied. The owners, especially Julie, have been the most helpful and always there to help. The flats are conveniently located, they provide the perfect space, have all the necessary items for a comfortable stay from pots and pans to utensils to the basic coffee and tea for at least the first few days of one’s stay. The flats have always been clean and if any issues were raised, it has always been dealt with immediately. We could not have asked for a better stay, from a better company, and from a better person. Thank you!

Very nice apartments and great service
We rented an apartment for 6-7 weeks. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Julie and team were so helpful and accommodating to our needs. Next time we need an apartment we will definitely go back. Great service all around.
