Lovely apartment, could not fault it. Trains were not an issue at all. Well equipped, spacious and great location.
Very responsive hosts and communication excellent from booking to leaving.
Would definitely stay again.

Julie was an amazing host that provided everything you would need for a trip and stay right down to a local guide. Responses from Julie were incredibly fast. The flat was exactly as described in the listing and was very spacious for the 6 of us during the stay. All items and amenities listed for the stay were on the property and were great to have during a long stay. The location of the rental could not be more perfect. The rental is right near a supermarket, several restaurants and pubs, a park and the tube is about a 3 minute walk away that will take you into Central London and has a night service during Friday and Saturday. Highly recommend staying here and would love to stay again on a return visit.

Just spent 9 nights here, what an amazing place, very comfortable and well equipped. So handy for Northern line Tube, very easy to get into central London and the other places we visited. Recommend Battesea Power Station for retail and restaurants as only a few stops away. Great instructions for self check-in. We had an issue with towel rail in bathroom not working when we arrived, messaged Julie and a plumber was here to fix it in under an hour. Thanks Julie for an amazing stay.

Visiting family in London and needing flexibility on time
Staying for 7 days to ensure we got all we needed done and without pressure on having to eat at set times or outside in restaurants etc.
Very easy to check in as met by host and all explained well and gave confidence that any help was always available.
Balham is a great location as so easy to get around all of London and particularly to centre. Great facilities in terms of shops and restaurants.
Flat was very well maintained and clean with great facilities in Kitchen, wi-fi and heating easy to operate. We will certainly use again.

We stayed in the ‘White Hill House 4’ unit for 4 nights, and it was exactly as we expected as depicted in the pictures, along with the very detailed, professional descriptions and explanations. Julie was incredibly attentive and went to great trouble to follow up and check that everything was fine. The location is ideal for us, despite being on the rather busy Balham Mill Rd through Clapham, but only one bedroom faces that side, and with the double glazing really wasn't an issue. The apartment is very modern and recently renovated, with the main bedroom and living area facing down the inner gardens between Gaskarth & Cathles Rds, with a beautiful veranda for lovely days and evenings. Both bedrooms are en-suite. The place is well kitted out with everything once could need. Across the road from an M&S and Majestic Wine shop, and a block from Tesco's, Clapham Common and the Clapham South tube station. With our son now living just around the corner, we most definitely won't hesitate to be back.

White Hill House 1 is 2 mins walk from Clapham common and Clapham South Tube, with everything you need on the doorstep (M&S Food, Tesco and Sainsbury). Julie, the host, was fantastic; quick responses, very clear instructions, probably our most professional airbnb host we have had. The apartment is modern, clean with great TV (even logs you out of Netfilx on departure) and good size lounge and bedroom. Kitchen is decent size. We stayed for 7 days and it was perfect. One point to note is the apartment is on the main road but the triple glazing in the bedroom reduced any noise sufficiently for us.

We loved the proximity of shops and public transport, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped with inclusions that made life easier - not having to rush out to buy tea, coffee, salt and pepper etc. However, traffic noise was loud and constant and the apartment rather warm.

We had a lovely stay at Clapham South 1. Julie greeted us when we arrived. She helped answer any questions we had, along with providing a tour of the accommodation. I did not realize that our accommodation included a lift access, which made it all the easier to bring our luggage up. The area guide in our apartment helped us find our way around and included a comprehensive apartment manual to refer to when needed. The apartment is well-maintained and sparkling clean. The kitchen included plenty of equipment for us to use, with plenty of room to store produce. I loved how they included coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, as it made the jet lag much easier to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony in the mornings, which overlooks the garden.

We were also able to stay at Whitehill House 4 on our return from traveling to Spain. Yet another beautiful accommodation in the Clapham area! I would highly recommend it if you are traveling with the kiddos. One of my favourite parts was the hidden full bathroom behind the closet, which made it seem like a secret hideaway. The apartment also includes a roof terrace to enjoy with a full seating area. I found the blackout curtains to be perfect for sleeping in, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby, and the tube (Clapham South Station) is just down the street. Clapham also includes a fantastic green space, making it great for picnics and long walks. If you have the chance, I recommend going to Abbeville Road (only a 10 min walk from the apartment) there are plenty of shops, pubs, and bakeries in a charming neighbourhood. We were looking for a comedy show to see, and Julie recommended the Banana Cabaret, which we went back to twice! We had a fantastic stay and appreciated the host's quick response. I would highly recommend them for any duration of stay in London

Julie and Andrew at Madison Hill are the perfect hosts, they are always there if you need them, yet leave you alone so one really feels like you’re living in a home away from home. I have been staying in their apartments for three months. Initially I was expecting to stay 3-4 weeks, however due to work schedules I have needed to extend my stay on several occasions. They have been incredibly helpful in accommodating me with this. Their collection of flats are lovely. Modern, bright, with lovely patio areas and all the amenities one needs. On arrival they are exceptionally clean (which I’m a stickler for, I have left many rentals due to uncleaniless;) but not the case here. The kitchens are very well equipped, and I LOVE cooking in them. Lovely soft bedlinen and towels. Exceptionally clean bathrooms with excellent water pressure for showers. SMART TV’s and very efficient internet connection. A larger than average separate utility area is provided which is such a bonus as you can do all your washing in one area away from the rest of the flat; (I found that quite unusual as they are usually crammed into the kitchen.) Washing detergent is also provided.
In all the places I’ve stayed (which are many) I’ve never had such a quick response time from the staff. They are extremely helpful and can’t do enough for you. I move between two flats depending on availability and I am always given flexible check in and checkout times. I have been staying Bryne Garden 2&3 and Fernlea Garben 8 in the Balham area, which is so useful for the tube and overground, with lovely shops and eateries.
I cannot recommend Madison Hill highly enough, they really have been a life saver for me these passed three months.

Stayed for a week at Clapham South 1. Apartment has everything I needed, was clean and really stylish. Julie was very welcoming and made extra effort to make sure we had what we needed - including an area guide!

Great experience recently with Madison Hill - stayed in their Fernlea Garden 2 apartment.

A lovely apartment, spacious, clean, well maintained and comfortable, with outdoor space too. Lovely artwork in the living space and fluffy bathroom towels, I was almost tempted to sneak one in my suitcase. There is on street parking, a rarity in itself in London, which you can pay for using machines or an app. Managed to park right outside too.

Located just a short walk from Balham tube station it was really easy getting to the Oval to watch the cricket. There are lots of great places to eat and plentiful coffee shops around. Blue Fig did a great breakfast and Hooper Coffee with pastries were very tasty.
We highly recommend Madison Hill for their service and would happily stay again in the future.

I was very happy dealing with the office guys, it all went super smoothly and I felt informed at every stage. Then I was even happier with the flat and the location. There are shops, restaurants and bars all within a few steps of the door, as well as Clapham South tube, and Clapham Common is 2 minutes walk away.
The flat itself was light and airy, and looked like it had recently been decorated to a great standard. It had all the mod cons I'd expect of a self-contained hotel apartment - I absolutely covet the coffee-maker, and need to get that model for myself!
The views from the terrace were awesome too, an almost 360° panorama of London! I was worried that it would be noisy sitting outside, with all the traffic, but it wasn't bad at all. Plus the convenience of being literally seconds away from the tube station into central London was more than enough to compensate for the odd louder noise that I did notice. Leaving and going home was sad but it was made as easy and convenient for me as possible, thank you! All in all it was a superior experience, and I'll 100% be recommending them to anyone who'll listen!

Just back from a 5 day visit to London with my daughter. We stayed at a flat in Clapham and it was lovely. Great facilities and attention to detail. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at White Hill House 5, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Located across the street from Clapham South tube station (zone 2), the convenience of transportation was unbeatable. Not to mention, the 4th-floor roof terrace offered stunning views in every direction, making it the perfect spot to unwind and take in the surroundings.
The apartment itself was immaculately kept, stylish, and very clean. It was evident that a lot of care and attention went into maintaining the space. With plenty of space and storage, it was perfect for an extended stay, providing all the comforts of home.
I highly recommend White Hill House 5 to anyone looking for a premium serviced apartment experience. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to the area!

The apartment was spacious, clean and the location was absolutely great. There are grocery stores literally seconds away and the underground 50m away. Lots of restaurants within walkable distance and couple of nearby parks. the apartment is very safe with keyed access all the way from the main gate. Wifi was great within the apartment. Kitchen was clean with all the necessities - pans, silverware, cups, plates etc were of good quality. The washer dryer works great and there were ironing board and iron available.

The host was very helpful and accommodating - right from the moment we arrived. There were two booklets with instructions and local recommendations upon arrival and two sets of keys making life much easier. It really felt like home - when I visit again, this would be on the top of my list to stay.
