Your 1-3 days delivery advert is misleading and not being met. Please remove it and replace with the correct delivery information like other shops.
I chose your shop specifically for the 1-3 day delivery on the battery charger. I had a trip coming up and I still didn't receive my order after a week. The replies I get from you felt defensive. It's hard for me to recommend you to others.

Thank you for your feedback, it is rather unfortunate that your post an inaccurate review regarding the delivery of your order. The delivery was delayed from the Courier side due to the address that was provided by yourself. As we've communicated with you the courier was unable to locate your address and instead of assisting you just stated that you always get deliveries to the address provided. The delivery did go out on on the 9th and your order was placed on the 6th so your delivery would've been within the advertised delivery frame.
Your order was refunded in full as per your request. As you can see on all other reviews that deliveries are always on time as advertised provided that the correct address is provided.

product order and paid online but no stock available
We ordered product online, made payment just to be told a week later the system is incorrect and there are no stock, we had to wait a whole month later for delivery

Good day, thank you for your feedback regarding your order. Your order was placed on the 10th March. On the 11th of March we've sent you an email to advise that the items have sold out offering a refund as we did not have a restocking date. On the 19th of March you've sent us an email asking for an update on the order whereby we've responded advising that we did send you an email advising about the stock issue and again offering a refund. You opted to wait for stock, unfortunately our supplier kept extending the restocking date and we kept you informed about the restocking date without a response from your side. A full refund was immediately offered after the order was received and multiple times afterward but you've opted to wait for the stock.
Excellent response and timed delivery.
