When garment finally arrived I was very disappointed with quality and sizing . Very flimsy and I ordered 2XL , far too small fitted my granddaughter who is size 8 and even then very snug. Certainly not worth the price .

Ordered a dress which turned out to be dreadful quality. My first attempt to start the return was met with offers of a price reduction or store credit. Neither of which I wanted, Subsequent emails to the same address, along the lines of support at bennet-stone.co.uk came back as undeliverable. This is not a UK based store, it is Chinese and their Customer Support is non-existant. Do not be tempted to buy from here, you will waste your money.

The only down side it took awhile to come, but other than that everything was brilliant.

Do not buy from this company. Refund policy states refund if returned within 14 days. I contacted to get info the return item. They offered me 10% refund for a substandard item and said I could keep the item. Finally offered a 30% refund which o have not yet received. Bunch of shisters.

The material doesn’t look the same as in the photos . Disappointing really.. Keeping as I can wear around the house in summer while cleaning!😞

I echo the sentiments of everyone - this company is a TOTAL scam, presenting as a Canadian company with curated clothing. It’s straight from China, worse quality than SHEIN. After I complained, they offered me 10%, then 20% to keep clothes, I wanted to look into returning for a full refund and it was over $200 so said I would accept 20% refund and they have gone radio silent and keep sending me automated messages hoping my purchase as a positive one! No 1-800 number to speak to someone. Never again, save your money and shop elsewhere!!!!

NEVER order from this company. They take your money, you cannot reach a human being when they send the wrong size and they refuse returns without refund and the quality is horrible. I have written to them many times and they give an automated response and never address the issues. Huge mistake.

I believed the garment I purchased was from a UK based company. I was very disappointed when I discovered the garment was coming from China. The garment when it eventually arrived was nothing like the photo and description seen on Facebook. The dress (garment) was very badly made the fabric was thin and slippery and definitely not cotton as advertised.
I can’t even send it back for a refund as it would cost more than the garment to do so. I have been offered 10% refund but have no idea how I’m supposed to receive this.
Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased.
Very upset about this as I don’t have £30 to throw away on rubbish. Honesty I don’t even think a charity shop would except this dress

Please do not use this company. They do not have a shop in London. It’s all a scam. My dress that I ordered did not fit and was poor quality and all screwed up in a very small plastic bag.
I have asked for a full refund and a returns label but they will not provide either. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations Act 2013 they should provide a full refund and send a returns label at no extra cost to the consumer.
They advertise that they give 100% Happiness Guarantee which is not true.
Please spread the word not to use this company. Consumers need to be protected from people like Eva Bennet and Noah Stone

When trying to send a dress back it was almost impossible to get a straight answer.Eventually I was told that it was going to cost £30/£40 to return it.It only cost £39.95 and was nowhere near the quality that was shown on the pic.They did offer to give me £30% off and keep the dress or send another one out for £15 plus the pay the £30/£40 to still send it back.I will never order from this site again.

The worst company (companies !!!!) ever. I ordered several pairs of shoes. The first pair I received were not true to size and the quality was abhorrent.. I then tried to cancel the remaining orders only to be bounced around to several different companies and different people. I still have not received my refund or merchandise. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Mixed feelings on this order?
I ordered from this company because I’m in the UK 🇬🇧 and they had London in their business title? They accepted order straight away everything was fine then started getting emails from Canada stating Quality control issues and they would ship as soon as possible? Which confused me? Couldn’t find any tracking details for a couple of weeks sent several emails to company got no response so I was beginning to think it was a scam website?
Then got tracking details from China Yun express which then took weeks to arrive in UK ? Having said all that the dress was absolutely beautiful and very good quality which surprised me when I realised China was involved 😳😉 fitted great 👍 very pleased with the product and would order again just a shame about the lack of customer service/support available?
