Absolutely do not buy!
Horrible rash from earrings and necklaces, I normally tolerate both steel and gold - my ears and neck are reacting to cheap copper/nickel jewellery with these pieces. I don’t even know about durability/tarnish since i can’t wear them at all.
They are super light and the crystals, if not pure plastic, feels like it. Cheaper to buy costume jewellery from China.

I’m a 59 year old woman who loves all forms of jewelry. Are you close to my age? Do you remember Monet? This is that level of quality. I was pleasantly surprised! I’ve purchased several batches of earrings, necklaces, rings. All have held up very well to all the abuse I could give: showering, summer sweaty walking, not removing for a couple of weeks. You will not be disappointed. And, if there is an issue, customer service is prompt, courteous, and will give you a few options for a resolution. Get yourself some summer jewelry!

Super durable metals. The chains simply don’t break. I bought the 7 bundle sale they had with a Variety of diff items. I had one issue with a clamp breaking a week into wearing it. And the customer service to replace it was probably the most seamless and caring exchange I’ve ever had with any company. Just another reason I will be repurchasing and recommending. The only thing is critic is possibly getting a better/ more durable clasp for the chains (bracelets and necklaces)

Customer service was great to work with. Two of my pieces broke and they replaced them immediately. Plus the jewelry is super cute

I ordered three pairs of earrings (Trinity Star, Sandbar, and Pearl Comfort Earrings) and what I received looked nothing like what was shown on the website.

The inconsistencies were across the board — the colors, sizes, stem thickness, finish, proportions, and shapes were all different from the product photos. The gold plated finish shown online looked smooth and shiny; in reality it was rough, brassy, and inconsistent across all three pairs. The crowns were larger and clunkier than the delicate look advertised. The edges that appeared smooth and rounded online were blunt and rough in person.

The worst part — the Trinity Star and Sandbar earrings were so rough on the stem that they actually injured my earlobe when I tried them on. I’ve worn earrings my whole life and owned hundreds of pairs from real gold to cheap nickel, and I’ve never had a pair injure me.

When I requested a refund with photo evidence and detailed comparisons, they refused and offered store credit instead — citing their no-returns policy on earrings. But this isn’t a change of mind return. These items were misrepresented. I’ve since filed a chargeback with my credit card issuer.

Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Such great customer service. Erica was absolutely amazing!!!! No hassle to exchange my broken item. Fabulous jewelry and great deals. Order arrived in about a week.

Erika was able to answer all my questions quickly and I heard back super fast about my issue. She had everything taken care of very quickly and easily. I appreciated it so much! She’s awesome!

I just had the greatest Customer Service experience. My bracelet broke and I shared this fact. Without even asking, they sent me a replacement the same day! I am so impressed that they stand by the quality of their product.

Some pieces not as advertised.

Many of the materials that they advertise as gemstones or pearls arrive as poor-quality, plastic imitations. They do not even remotely resemble the photos on their website. Ripcurl earrings do not function as advertised.

Some pieces that do not include these materials or functions arrived as expected. However, I wouldn't risk ordering from them.

I do not have enough good things to say about this company! The pieces are such high quality, durable, and beautiful; I get complimented and asked about my jewelry regularly. I wear them in hot yoga, in my hot tub daily, on vacation, and out and about - and the pieces look just as gorgeous as the day they arrived in the mail which is why I keep expanding my collection.

I just completed my 4th purchase with Louise Carter and I am even MORE impressed this time around. One of the pieces I ordered just didn't suit me, so I emailed to begin a return/exchange. Less that 5 hours later, the company confirmed my request, gave me 2 great options for my return, and included $20 off my next purchase JUST TO SHOW APPRECIATION FOR MY BUSINESS. (What?!)

If you have been on the fence or wondering if this company is legit (I know I did, because it seemed too good to be true), this is your sign to pull the trigger.
Louise Carter is a company with so much integrity; your investment will be well worth it and you are supporting a great company. You will not regret it!

Made 2 different orders but neither package arrived. The tracking numbers show they were delivered 2 weeks ago. My condo is secure with a 24 hours guard with front desk. I have never had lost mail in the past 6 years. I highly doubt they even sent my packages

Genuinely such kind people that did everything they could to help! I had an issue, and they not only fixed it, but offered to do even more.

I absolutely love them! I ordered a bundle and all of the jewelry was amazing and BEAUTIFUL! I did however get sent the wrong ring and I DMed them about it and they were able to get me the right product and more 🙌 there team is absolutely amazing, kind and sweet, everything you could ever want in a company! I feel like a friend of Louise Carter now 🥰 I say this from my heart, I’m not an influencer, just a girl who needed cute earrings for my LDS mission service. I love LC ❤️❤️❤️

Horrible customer service and incompetent last mile delivery partner. I sent an email on June 14, 2026 since Yanwen already lost my Atolea package by leaving it outside our gated apartment. I wanted to avoid the same situation with Louise Carter. Dane of customer service responded to me on the day of delivery June 18, 2026. Sure enough, Yanwen again left the package in an unsecured area. From June 18 to June 23, 2026, I have been asking for a refund but they want a reshipment and can't explain to me how the package will get to me if Yanwen is still their last mile courier. They also kept closing my ticket even though I have been corresponding with Dane, Erika and Kim for the last 6 days. Do not purchase from this vendor. At least Atolea refunded my purchase amount when they saw that Yanwen left my package on top of a mailbox outside of our gated apartment from the delivery picture.

I would put a negative start in here if I could.

This business has given me the runaround saying my order has been delivered. I have provided screen shots of my payment transaction, they sent no email confirmation of my order, no email stating my order number. I have no idea where my order is but best you guess, that the payment processed! I have kept a complete log of my credit card transactions including the only thing I can look up is a tracking number which they cannot find! But yet state its delivered. I have written a formal email disputing the payment and requesting a full refund but they seem to be crickets over there and I don't hear anything back. DO NOT BUY from this place. Actually, spread the word around all social media platforms. They have some good marketing floating around but most of them are fake!

I recently made my first order after watching my Zumba instructor sweat her way through class in her Louise Carter jewelry, looking glamorous all the while.
When my order arrived, the clasp on one bracelet was broken.
Customer service reached out to me the same day and a replacement is on the way.
I appreciate the excellent customer service and can’t wait to be a Louise Carter girlie!

I honestly gave them the benefit of the doubt my first time ever purchasing from them and I have to say it is truly a scam non of the items looked the same on photos. I even received a broken crack bracelet, super super flimsy quality, it doesn’t even look gold it’s copper it looks worn like they just sent over someone else old batch. I tired to do a return but end up not getting the full refund, do to their policy on earrings that I didn’t even bother to open or wear any of the items, waste of money and time. I was truly disappointed. Amazon jewelry is better than this. Even worst I have to pay for my own return label which. Not very professional-other than that I guess customer service was good quick response that’s about it.
They did try to offer me store credit and keep the broken piece which to me is pointless.
I’m sorry just my honest review &hope yall had better experience tha. I did. - won’t be returning sadly.
