I've ordered from Louise Carter three times now and honestly cannot recommend them enough. The Chelsea Herringbone Necklace is my absolute favourite, I wear it every single day including in the shower and at the beach, and it still looks brand new after 4 months. No tarnishing, no skin reactions, nothing.

Shipping was faster than I expected, arrived in just under 2 weeks to Australia with tracking the whole way. Packaging was beautiful too, would honestly make a perfect gift.

Had one small issue with a bracelet sizing and the customer service team sorted it out super quickly, no fuss at all. Genuinely felt looked after.

For the price point, the quality is unreal. Will definitely keep ordering.

Gold plated jewelry does not look like this guys don’t fell for this has an ugly color and jewelry it’s made cheap and looks cheap don’t buy this trash

PLEASE NOTE if you purchase an item they do not offer return label, you will have to purchase yourself, provide the information to them and follow up on the return status.
With that said the items were ok, a bit daintier than appeared in pictures. Not a product I would purchase again, also with that return policy I would NEVER purchase again.

The jewelry is sooo brassy. It does not look like the pictures.

I wore my anklet for 6 days and it fell off. I contacted customer service and they offered me a "store credit" to purchase another one. They gave me $15 and the anklet is listed at $46.

Not to mention- they ship from China (which is not disclosed) and it take weeks to get the order.

I love that I can wear it everywhere especially in the ocean. I am always looking for good designs in jewellery that I can wear to the ocean so this one is on top of my list as it doesn't tarnish and is quite affordable too. Good purchase!

My experience... My opinion is 100% SCAM. Tropicana necklace marketed as being pearls... plastic beads. paperclip necklace marketed as .925 sterling silver... same generic tag as all the others stamped [18kgp]. Even though I got all silver pieces, some marketed as sterling silver, all have the same generic 18kgp stamped tag. Ring marketed, as sterling silver had no material stamp or markings. One necklace clasp stopped closing properly immediately. "Size 7" rings are not correct and had no tag or sticker lableing the size. Customer has to cover return shipping for refund even after being called out for false advertising then they stop responding.

Jewelry is junk. Tarnished and horrible quality. When I asked for a refund they gave me a residential address in Ohio even though they advertise they are located in Hawaii.

The jewelry is cute and well priced but don’t expect it to last. For a $10 piece of jewelry, it’s not going to last a lifetime and the company does not stand by the lifetime warranty. A stone fell out of one piece and another tarnished. I was given a store credit- albeit reluctantly- after I pushed back on their refusal to uphold their warranty. Their marketing is definitely top notch, leading consumers to believe the company is local, however products are shipped from Asia in packaging worth probably more than the actual products!

I’ve had the same necklace from Louise Carter for over a year. I got it last February and still wear it to this day. I wear it in the shower, at the beach, in the pool, at the gym. Literally everywhere and never take it off. It has never tarnished. It’s one of the gold pieces. I’ll loveeee this brand forever. Also it took 1-2 weeks for it to be delivered to me. Not too long!

If I could do zero I would. Ordered $133 for 4 items on Feb 18th. Noticed on March 1st the delivery tracker never changed date from received order Feb 20th only means of contact is emailing and I’ve been emailing for over 12 days with nothing delivered and them refusing to refund me my money!!! I will be reporting them to BBB scam and my bank as this is just completely unacceptable.

Out of 7 items received only 2 are in good condition.
The necklaces broke within the first 2 weeks, rings are all too small, bracelet is too small and made of rubber.
Poor quality, they market it as high end jewelry but it’s very cheaply made. Honestly even my jewelry from Shein lasted longer.
Customer service didn’t care, they expect you to return items at your own cost. Thus far no return, exchange or credit store was provided as they simply do not care
I will never order from this company again.

So Far I’m loving the look, style, and quality of this jewelry. Top tier!

Looove them!! I’ve been wearing the bracelets and necklaces I bought from them EVERY SINGLE DAY. I personally choose to remove them to shower because I don’t trust the hard water where I live. They look exactly how they did when I bought them, and I get plenty of compliments ☺️
The only caveat I’ve found with them is that the stainless steel allows them to get extremely hot around heat (including the sun) and so they must be removed as to not burn oneself. For the price, this on caveat is worthwhile.
Size down on the rings. I can’t wear the rings daily bc they are personally too big and heavy for me, I think gold is much lighter than steel.
Also, customer has been awesome and reliable (I once had to make a couple of changes on my order).
I 100% recommend their jewelry and have bought some to gift as well.

Both rope necklace, the Roman coin necklace (which broke in one week) and braided bracelet are super brassy. I paid $12 for 5 pairs of earrings from an Amazon seller that are absolutely beautiful and no one would ever suspect. They match perfectly my real pieces. I’m very disappointed in the quality of the Louise Carter products.

Jewelry was nice but my bracelet is way too small. It looks like it's for a child's wrist. Also the toggle is too small, it won't close. The rest of the jewelry is beautiful
