I can’t Believe this company gets away with selling this crap .. i was so excited for the jewelry to arrive! I knew the minute I opened it that it was junk.. a strange color gold.. like a steel green tinge and no weight to it .. it was stressful to return but with many emails i was able to send back.. I’ve learned my lesson..Always check Trustpilot Before buying anything !!

Terrible fake Chinese company that markets as high end and uses false reviews and photos on their website. I ordered their “7 for $85” deal and after waiting 2 weeks for it to ship from a courier called “Yanwen” that only offers support in Mandarin Chinese, I got a notification that it had been delivered but never got the package. Customer service said their first resolution was a reshipment. So, I waited another 2 weeks for the product, just for the delivery to fail AGAIN. This time, it said it failed due to not having an “access code”. There is no codes to anything at my apartment, not even a gate, and I have never had issues like this receiving a package. It just returned my items immediately to the warehouse and when I tried to contact the courier “support” phone number on the site Louise Carter provides, the number is not in service. So now, after a month of waiting for my $100 order, I reached out to request a refund and they refused outright because they said on their end it shows as “Delivered” even though I have proof it never showed up. Now I have to jump through hoops to dispute with my bank. What a nightmare, please read real reviews and avoid. From what I’ve seen online, many people recieve crappy, tarnished jewelry anyway.

This company is an utter scam. The jewelry is not real gold. It gave me rashes and infections. They refused to honor their refund and return program.

I ordered 7 items. 2 items were not what I ordered. I was asked to send a picture of the incorrect items. I am waiting for a reply. The jewelery quality is ok not as nice as on line and looks like costume jewlery. I may give more stars for customer service when and if they give me what I ordered no hassles.

Wonderful customer service! A one-size item I ordered didn’t fit and with feedback to them they made it right. I will continue purchasing because the jewelry is high quality and so is the service!

Jewelry was as pictured (I only wear silver so can't speak to gold) I got two rings, two pairs of earrings, one bracelet, one anklet, one necklace. My ears are very sensitive to anything except sterling silver and haven't had any issues with earrings and have slept in them as well. I ordered July 13, they were shipped July 16th and arrive July 25 so not great, but not terrible. I got the bundle sale so I feel the jewelry was reasonably priced, however I'm not sure I'd buy at full price. Overall very satisfied.

They replaced an item that broke and gave me no grief about it. Wonderful customer service and product!

Louise Carter is an absolute scam.
The advertise high-quality affordable jewelry when in fact, their pieces are garbage.
I ordered three pairs of earrings all came tarnished.
When I reached out to customer service, they gave me a sore credit of which I did not ask for their website advertises that if you don’t love their product, you can get a full refund within 30 days.
When I brought up the money back guarantee policy, they sent me a copy of their policy and fine print the earrings were not eligible for refund.
They did nothing about all three pieces being nothing like the pictures that were online.
I got terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company. They are a scam and should go out of business!

Two of my pieces broke one was a necklace that I’ve never worn the jewel part fell out. The other was a bracelet I wore it twice and the second time it broke. Love all the pieces but they do tarnish not right away but after wearing them daily specifically the rings. Lastly I order the bangle style bracelets and had to give them away because they were too small for my wrist so if your a thick wrist girly like myself maybe get the adjustable ones.

I purchased 3 pairs of the Silver Summer Star Comfort Earrings. Somehow I managed to lose one out of each ear on the same day just 3 days after receiving them. I reached out to customer service and the quick response and the outcome was beyond belief. I will definitely be purchasing more items. Great quality too!

Avoid Louise Carter Jewelry at all costs—it is an absolute scam. They market themselves as a luxury brand, but they actually drop-ship incredibly cheap, low-quality items from China. Instead of the premium packaging shown in their advertisements, multiple pieces arrive shoved into flimsy plastic baggies inside a standard shipping polybag. The jewelry itself looks incredibly fake, feels like a gumball machine toy, and the "lifetime tarnish-free guarantee" is a total lie. To make matters worse, their customer service is nonexistent, and they force you to pay for your own return shipping on fraudulent items. Don't be fooled by their sleek website or the fake positive reviews they plant on Trustpilot and Reddit. Save your money and shop literally anywhere else.

Took over a month and they refused to give me tracking. I did a full week at the beach and in pools for testing. One ring is already losing its color. Glad I got my money back. Scam.

Pieces of jewelry are nothing like the ads, they look super cheap and now that I need to contact the company , I do not know where to write to them, don’t spend money on this products , they don’t look nothing like the ads you see

Products are GORGEOUS in person and great quality! AMAZING customer service! Highly recommend!! Already have worn some of it in the ocean and during my workouts! Low maintenance and beautiful!

I got the 7 piece bundle all rings, shipping didn’t take long to Cyprus maybe 2 weeks, its been a week so far that I’m wearing them, I went to the beach, i shower with them daily no issue at all. And the ones I picked are REALLY cute and dainty.
ONLY issue is one of the pearl rings the pearls on it had a defect and they sent me a replacement right away:) really pleased with the rings and with them as a company and their customer service!

The customer service is phenomenal! I had a delicate ring break on me after just a week and they offered to replace, refund, or store credit. I took the store credit because I love me some more jewelry!
