Charlie was good and made me comfortable with the hearing assessment.He advised me about the issue I have with my ear and a further ENT investigation to be carried out urgently and requested my GP to swiftly process the referral to the NHS.2week pathway. Hopefully that should come thru for the investigation and treatment.

Very nice helpful staff and it was great they had last minute availability. However I think the lady was a little heavy handed as I found the experience quite painful at times, which I haven't experienced in other locations before.

I had an earwax removal appointment. The process itself was fine, but the small office where it took place was shabby and untidy and the guy who did the procedure looked like he’d just got out of bed (it was 11.45am). His clothes were crumpled and baggy and his hair was all over the place. I’ll go back, but hope the can do a bit of aesthetic work on the office AND the guy who does the procedure!

The audiologist was friendly and professional.
