Mitch was wonderful today with my 96 year old mother. She has a hearing aid and he was able to change the tube which saved us a trip to the hospital where we usually get it changed.

I was received with much politeness and had a very good outcome. My consultant I saw was Mitch and very kind and explained everything to me. This was my second visit and I would recommend to everyone who has a problem with their ears.

I was really pleased with the way I was treated and the relaxed atmosphere. The audiologist was very through and well qualified. All in all it was a very good experience and everyone was very professional. I shall definitely keep ECE on my phone list.

What a fantastic experience we have had visiting Essex Clear Ears in Rayleigh. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and we couldn’t be more pleased with the way we have been treated. Both Natalie and Mitch were patient, professional and kind during my dad’s series of appointments with them. I was extremely impressed with their manner: speaking clearly, respectfully and directly to him (rather than to me as is often the case!). Front desk staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, both face to face and on the telephone. Liaison with GPs Surgery highly efficient too. Can’t recommend ECE highly enough. Excellent care, excellent value for money, excellent company values. Thank you all!

Fantastic all round service from the straightforward booking process and clear communication to the care taken by Jo during my appointment.

As no procedure was actually necessary, I was pleasantly surprised to be simply charged a small consultation fee rather than the full cost for the type of appointment I had booked.

It is also worth mentioning the obvious attention shown to the cleanliness and general decorative state of their premises - loved the small details like the chronological list of previous businesses that occupied this property displayed on the wall in reception.

I have used the services of ECE for a couple of years for ear wax removal. My recent visit was because one of my hearing aids where 'whistling', usually a sign that wax was building up in the ear. However rather than simply de- waxing the ear, and charging the usual fee, the technician, (Mike/Max ?) suggested it might be the hearing aid itself. On checking he found the the power dome that fits in the ear was distorted and ill fitting. he changed both domes trying various sizes until he got the right fit. Result, whistling gone, no need for de-waxing and a charge of only £15 consultation fee. A perfect outcome. I was so impressed that I decided to write this review, something I do not normally do. To actually explore the cause of the problem rather than simply de-wax was impressve. Well done

Amazing, I was seen by another business who left me hard of hearing. I contacted this company and Jo got me in and cleared my ears out straight away.
Now I hear great, great service, great business and great people.

Excellent friendly service. Have hearing aids which have been great but experienced problems of inflammation in the ear. Mitch recommended an appropriate ear spray which is dealing with the problem. In addition Mitch is going to try hypoallergenic hearing aid as an additional remedy for sensitive ears. So perfectly satisfed

Was recommended to Essex Clear Ears by a friend and was surprised by how clear my ears were after being syringed. I've been going through this procedure every 3 to 4 months for a great many years in various locations and can say this was the best outcome ever. The audiologist took time to ensure each ear was fully clear. I'll certainly be going to them again and will consider them when I change my hearing aids

I have attended Essex Clear Ears for about three years now and have had an excellent service with Mitch, James and the lady assistants.

What a lovely company this is, I popped in to make an appointment but lucky for me they had a space and I got seen straight away.
The lady really put me at ease and sorted the problem out, which wasn’t as bad as I thought.Gave me good advice on how to look after my ears, and the appropriate oil to use.
Would definitely recommend this place.

The booking process was easy and straightforward. The procedure was carried out in a very professional way, and it was very useful to be able to see the before and after views inside my ears. I have booked a return visit in 15 months as a reminder. I was very happy with the whole process.
