This company, OMG. Perfect from the 1st point of contact to the delivery of the most perfect ring. This was a different kind of order, I needed it quicker than the estimated 3 week delivery. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The moment I came across the London Diamonds (LD) Instagram account I was interested. From posting free useful information to highlighting the myths/scams in the industry, these are company values that I aligned with. I required an engagement ring at short notice and took the list of specs that I had gathered from
"Shopping Around" aswell as the inspiration picture to LD. James quickly responded and informed me that I could ask as many questions as I needed to, which I probably took too literally. However, something as special and expensive as a bespoke engagement ring requires detail and planning. James was able to answer all of my questions and when I offered him a budget range he even advised me to go with the amount I was comfortable with as opposed to stretching it. All things considered and checking endless reviews, I made the decision to go ahead and this was the definitely the correct one. The 4.35 Radiant cut two metal ring was delivered ahead of schedule and LD smashed it. It looked even better in person and most importantly my now Fiancée said YES. Look no further than LONDON DIAMONDS!!!

The craftsmanship is excellent, the diamond chosen; I have no words for, and it feels solid, well-made, and thoughtfully designed.

They resized it for me without any fuss, and the fit is now absolutely perfect. The whole process was straightforward and easy, with helpful communication from James, with no sales pressure, gimmicks or BS!

Just a really good company doing things properly... which sadly doesn't really seem to exist much these days...

I’ve followed London Diamonds for a few years and had sent plenty of their links to my partner before he proposed as “ideas”.
I’ve been engaged for 3 years now with one of their gorgeous ring and couldn’t be happier.
Last week the unthinkable happened and my ring got damaged whilst left in my bag at work.
James was amazing throughout all this, the ring has since been fixed and returned and looks good as new!
The response to messages were incredibly quick and friendly. They clearly care deeply about their customers and providing not only excellent and gorgeous rings but also delivering an incredible service after the purchase of the ring.

The service and expertise provided by James was honestly second to none, he guided me step by step through the design and sourcing of the diamond we used for the bespoke ring. May I add this was all done via messaging as I struggle for time and couldn’t make it to the offices. The ring arrived perfectly on time as agreed and is honestly outstanding, my now fiancé was absolutely blown away, just as I have been during this whole process.

The aftercare is also second to none.

I bought my wife’s engagement ring 3 years ago and the whole experience then was seamless from round the clock replies and designs being shared to ensure it would be exactly what my wife would love. Recently my wife damaged her ring resulting in the band being squashed, a quick message to the team and it being sent over they turned the ring around in only a few days with it looking brand new! No longer squashed and freshly cleaned too looking like the day I proposed. 10/10 and would whole heartedly recommend to anyone looking for an engagement ring or any other jewellery.

My partner bought my engagement ring from LD and honestly we can’t praise them enough! Their customer service is amazing, super quick replies to all of our questions and made us feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. I have been following this business for 5 years and have sent multiple similar rings to my partner over them years. I found a more unique cut diamond in New York which I’ve never seen in the UK, so when the time finally came to get engaged we had to reach out to LD. They absolutely delivered! They sourced the perfect diamond and created a stunning setting, giving lots of advice along the way. Everything was so straight forward and the end result is out of this world. I have used London Diamonds twice, to make a custom engagement ring and wedding band. Both times the service was incredible and the quality of the designs, rings and diamonds were second to none.

I first came to London Diamonds after a previous jeweller struggled to make my engagement ring. It was a very difficult ring to make but when I approached London Diamonds with my ideas they got the design right the first time round! Their communication was excellent, their time management was spot on and their advice throughout the process was spot on. Since the ring has been made, my partner has been back for resizing a few times and we have not been charged a penny. I returned this summer for them to make my wedding band too, which they knocked out of the park!

I do not trust any other jeweller to make any custom jewellery for me now.
