London Diamonds have been amazing! Miranda specifically has been great during the whole process of designing my ring. We went back and forth a few times to make sure it was perfect and the rest was dealt directly with my, now fiancée, James so I didn’t know all of the details.
James proposed recently and my ring is absolutely stunning! I can’t recommend LD enough!

From the day my partner originally bought my ring, to 2 years later, I can’t fault James and his team! They are always so quick to respond and help with any questions I have. I recently sent my ring in for a clean and to have some sizing beads add. The team were quick and efficient, especially considering I left it to the last possible moment before I went on holiday. James and the team really went above and beyond to make sure I got my ring back in time for our holiday. Everything was so easy, the what’s app chat which I first contacted you on was always answered promptly, any questions I asked were answered honestly.. I asked if it was possible to have it ready for a special occasion which was just under the time frame stated and you never over promised, but assured you’d try your best to get it to me by then, which you did and I’m So grateful for that!
You sent different photos to help guide me with my choices. I really liked the way payments were made in stages as the process went along and the postage and packaging were so well thought out (you’d never guess there was a ring inside) until you opened the box and then wow! It's been such a pleasure to deal with the LD team. I had been having a stressful experience with other retailers and was going down a rabbit hole trying to choose and design my dream ring. So I was absolutely delighted when I found LD. James, Miranda and Louis completely took care of me, gave me helpful guidance on the design and sourced the most beautiful diamond for my ring.
