This was my first purchase from LD but I’m already planning my next one. Communication was excellent, the ring is beautiful and the packaging/presentation was an unexpected bonus. One very happy wife on her birthday thanks to LD!

From first contact the experience with LD has been excellent. The ring I had asked for was a bit different to others but there was no problem at all in making it happen. Responses were quick and updates were regular which help make it a comfortable and pleasant experience. Would highly recommend LD to anyone. My partner was over the moon with the ring also.

Have now bought a ring and earrings from London Diamonds. Their products are stunning but what stands out is the exceptional customer service. Ordered late for Christmas and they not only got my earrings to me on time, they upgraded them too!

I have been a fan and a customer of LD for a number of years. I kindly asked James for some advice on a diamond necklace which was 14K yellow gold, which I wanted dipped in 18K due to some tarnish. James kindly offered some advice and agreed to help me with my request. The drop off appointment was so efficient and had the necklace back in a couple of weeks. I couldn’t be more happier and James was kind enough to not to take any £ which was very generous. I can’t fault LD, they are honest, reliable and trustworthy. It makes me heart smile to know that there are good people in the world who don’t rip off customers!!

Brought an engagement ring for my now fiancé, James helped me right from the start answering all my questions around designing and what would work best, timings, prices all the questions you have will be answered and replied to in a very quick time frame.

I was kept upto date with every detail that was going on during the making of the ring. It was made and delivered within the time frame. The ring looks absolutely amazing just how I wanted it to be, I can’t thank James enough for the help he gave me and I can’t thank the team and London diamonds enough for their hard work and time to make the ring.

My daughter lost one of my earring backs for my diamond earrings which I brought from London Diamonds back in November 2020 (5 yrs ago). They asked me to send the earrings to them so they could make sure that the right back was given.
From them receiving the package, to them sending me my package back it has been less than a week! They have sent me 3, so now I have a back up pair. This is all complementary which is outstanding.
I’m always recommending the company to people who mention they are interested in getting themselves some jewellery.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I needed my ring resized after losing some weight and London Diamond couldn’t be more accommodating. We took a trip from Cardiff to London for a day out and decided to take it in personally. Customer service was spot on and the ring was ready within the week.
