We had Josh showing us our contracted house for 2026/27 and he was brilliant! Very kind and apologetic for the fact the rooms were locked and we were unable to do a full viewing. He was helpful and kind regarding the situation and lovely company overall! Would love to have a viewing with him again.

Me and my friends were showed around a house by Halle who was very helpful and made sure we got a good feel for the whole space, unfortunately wasn’t the house we ended up going for but she was very helpful and made it a great experience!

Halle was absolutely brilliant and answered all our questions perfectly!! Provided us great insight into the property and couldn’t recommend her more!

Josh has been absolutely amazing! The viewing was honest and very informative. He is very respectful of us and the previous tenants. He explained in detail and with clarity regarding the housing and the houses itself is very beautiful.

Marcus has made my experience as a first year uni student much easier than it was seeming to be. Any issue that I needed addressing Marcus is ready to chase up and solve the issue at hand on the day if he can. For example, with the cash back that was owed to me And my tenant ONLY MARCUS decided to take initiative and make sure we received our money unlike Stuart which is the only reason why this review is 4 stars !

Had great viewing experience with Christian, who showed me round multiple flats! He managed to make a normally boring experience really fun, had a great time whilst also looking at some good prospective flats. Even with the rain and carnival traffic slowing us down, Christian made sure he was informative and friendly at the same time.

Izzy made my stay easy.

Very bad service so far and terrible experience , if you dont tell them what to do they won’t do it, you literally have to point out the obvious to them, so annoying, make sure to explore otger options while searching with them , do not rely on them

I’ve had rented a house from Loc8me last year and due to some unexpected issues I couldn’t pay the rent on time . #Marcus the account manager is such a humble best professional person I’ve ever known. He helped me by making my payments arrangements easier which has helped a lot in dealing with the arrears . He never been rude unlike previous account manager Manjit Sahota . I always felt like I’ve known Marcus for ages while dealing with him although I don’t and have never seen him in person and but this is the name I’ll never forget . Thanks again #Marcus . Keep up the good job .
