I came here as a new customer because I was looking for alternative proxy providers. Before making a purchase, I simply wanted to ask some questions and clarify the available options through their Telegram customer service.

Unfortunately, the customer service representative was extremely rude and seemed more interested in pushing for a purchase than helping a potential customer understand the service. When I tried to ask for more information before purchasing, I was told not to insist [Only asked why you block domain appel-etc website domain ] .

I understand that not every customer will make an immediate purchase, but there is no reason to treat potential customers disrespectfully.

Very disappointing experience. The communication was aggressive, unprofessional, and felt abusive. I would expect much better customer service, especially for a new customer who is genuinely considering purchasing the service.

My interaction with LightningProxies.net was quite unsatisfactory. I paid for their service, but they disregarded my request for a return when I encountered problems.

Their customer service is incredibly impolite and disrespectful. They simply evade the issue or ban you because they don't know how to effectively deal with customers.

The service is not dependable in and of itself. Overall performance is variable, and many proxies don't function as intended. Furthermore, there is inadequate account management and payment transparency.

I think my money was a waste. I would not advise anyone to use this service based on my own experience. Before making a purchase, exercise extreme caution.

Sticky IPs are not actually stable. The IP keeps changing even when it’s supposed to stay the same.

I just lost almost 1000$+ with them. I have been using this site for almost 2 years and bought more than 3TBs so far. Today they haven't sent a reminder mail before expiry of my 1.6TB and instead they sent me an email after it got expired. I use other sites as well and I have never experienced this much bad service. When asked support - A guy named Hardin spoke to me, he said that only new plans in the site sends email and since mine was old plan so he said I didn't get any mail. I asked if that's fair since it's not my fault and to consider extending my plan and he(hardin) blocked me right away in telegram saying I harassed him. Then I had to create a ticket in discord and even that didn't help me - again hardin attended that ticket. Now I came to know that my 1000$+ is gone and can't be retrieved. I advice you guys to be careful with them since their intention about the clients is not good at all. Stay away from Lightning Proxies. Not worth to spend even 1$.

I contacted their Support for IPV6 trial, for which they replied, they don't offer trial but you can get any lowest plan to check. I have bought 100GB plan - and their Plan specifically include COUNTRY TARGETTING. (Anyone can verify this on their website)

After Purchase (receipt #1848-7289) - I checked and all proxies are always US. I contacted the Support and they said yeah this happens "sometimes", and I rechecked Multiple times. Always US. And then I asked for cancellation and Refund - they refuse. Saying only if PLAN IS NOT WORKING reason is refund - but they agreed to refund to their account Balance - and Then when I informed their PLAN is not working as they publicize - the Support simply blocked me from getting support!

This is most shit proxy company I use when I ask for my money back then block me also super slow not support socket 18 USD almost take from me! I west my time and money. their chat support people also stupid and irresponsible.

I am very disappointed with the LightningProxies service.

I purchased a 1TB residential proxy package in July and used their service for several months. According to the support team, if the package is renewed within 3 months, the duration should be extended for another three months, and the old and new bandwidth should be combined. Based on this information, I renewed the package in October, then again in December, and planned to renew it again in March.

However, recently when I logged into the dashboard, my package had simply disappeared. Support said that it had “expired” because I did not make a “major deposit”. However, this requirement was never mentioned before. There were also no warnings, no emails, and no logs in the dashboard where I could see the expiration date or the history. There are no traces left in the dashboard of balance top-ups or package purchases, everything has been cleaned. They justify this by saying they now have new pools and a platform update.

At the moment the package was removed, I still had around 200–300GB of bandwidth remaining, but they refused to restore the package or at least return the remaining balance. Instead, they suggested that I buy another 1TB package so they could “check the situation”.

In my opinion this is a very bad situation when a service changes the rules after purchase without warning the user, deletes paid packages without notice, and does not provide transparent usage history.

After such an experience, I cannot recommend this service.

LightningProxies has shown very poor and unethical behavior when it comes to refunds. Instead of resolving the issue, they keep making excuses like ‘wait please,’ and ultimately refuse to refund. For the last 24 hours, the IPs have not been working at all. I purchased the 5GB plan, and still have 4.85GB unused, but due to their bad service I haven’t been able to use it. If the service isn’t working, they should simply issue a refund for the remaining usage.

I had a very disappointing experience with LightningProxies (lightningproxies.net). They always claim that their proxies work perfectly, but in reality, I faced issues every single day. The proxies frequently didn't work, causing me a lot of frustration and delays. Their support team was unhelpful and didn't resolve the problems. I wouldn't recommend this provider based on my experience—definitely not worth the money or the hassle. I give them one star because zero stars isn't an option.

DO NOT BUY if you need legitimate Residential IPs for Amazon, eBay, or Etsy.

I purchased the "Static Residential ISP" package, specifically paying a premium for consumer-grade connections. Instead, I was issued Data Center IPs (hosted by Level 3 / Lumen in Ashburn, VA).

The Technical Fraud:

1. I ran a WHOIS and fraud score lookup immediately. The ASN (Autonomous System Number) belongs to a Hosting/Transit provider (Level 3), NOT a consumer ISP like Comcast, Verizon, or AT&T.

2. These IPs are flagged as "Data Center" in major databases like IPQualityScore and MaxMind.

3. Using these IPs for any serious business (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify) results in an immediate flag/ban because they are clearly server-farm IPs, not residential homes.

The Financial Trap: Since I paid via Cryptocurrency, they rely on the fact that I cannot issue a chargeback. This is a classic "Bait and Switch" tactic: advertising high-quality Residential IPs but delivering cheap Server IPs while refusing refunds.

To the Management: I have screenshots of the "ISP" claim on your site and the actual WHOIS data of the IPs provided. This is a misrepresentation of the product. I demand a full refund to my wallet immediately. Until then, this review stands as a warning to others.

1. On Product Classification (The Core Issue): You state that "Level 3 / Lumen" IPs are correctly classified. This is disingenuous. In the proxy industry and anti-fraud context (Amazon, Stripe, MaxMind), Level 3 is a Tier-1 Transit/Backbone provider, predominantly used for Data Centers and Enterprise hosting. It is NOT a Consumer Residential ISP (like Comcast, AT&T, or Verizon). Selling Backbone/Transit IPs as "Residential ISP" is a misrepresentation of the product. I did not request a "custom feature" or a specific city; I requested that the product match the implied market definition of "Residential ISP," which implies consumer-grade connectivity, not enterprise server farms.

2. On Third-Party Databases: You mentioned you cannot guarantee results across all databases. However, when major industry standards (IPQualityScore, Scamalytics, MaxMind) flag your IPs as "Data Center" or "Hosting," the product is objectively unfit for the use case advertised (Residential/Business management). Your internal "quality scores" are irrelevant if the end-platforms (Amazon) block the ASN.

3. On Cryptocurrency Refunds: The claim that crypto refunds are "impossible" due to volatility is false. A refund can be processed immediately in the stablecoin equivalent (USDT/USDC) or the original token amount at the time of the transaction. This is a policy decision, not a technical limitation.

Conclusion: You have sold a Data Center product labeled as Residential. Since you refuse to acknowledge this classification error and refuse a refund, I accept that this transaction is a loss. However, regarding your comment on my review: My review will not be a "threat," but a factual documentation of the WHOIS data and ASN types provided, so other buyers understand exactly what "ISP Proxy" means in your service.

I consider this ticket closed due to your refusal to cooperate.

I bought a proxy using the Cryptomus payment provider through this company, and the proxy broke down in less than a day. They couldn't fix the problem within an hour, so I requested a refund, but they claim that there are no refunds for crypto payments. They have systems that break down within a day and they don't give refunds at all. I do not recommend it.
